After the Texas winter storm blackout fiasco, we were left without hot water. The general manager, Blake, saw my dilemma on social media and came to our rescue. He asked me questions about our current unit, and he said his firm could help us. It took a while to get our insurance adjuster out, but right after, I got in touch with Blake and he put us on the schedule then got back to me that they could do it the same day! The crew came, installed, and were very professional. We have hot water now! Thanks, Blake and Team!

Tammy from Reeves Family Plumbing, cancelled my (2nd attempted) appointment that was set up in a week in advance. She stated that they will look to come between the time window of 12pm-3pm. She called me around 11:15 and left a voicemail that if I do not call her back in 10 minutes that she was going to cancel my appointment. I did not realize she called until 12:00pm and that's when I called her back. That's when she told me that they still moved on from my appointment. She wanted to reschedule me for tomorrow morning but that does not work for me as I am off today which is why it was scheduled for today. In the future, maybe try giving a call the day before and let the customer know that you have a specific time they should expect your services. Do not call an hour before your range and expect someone to be free and waiting on your call and give them an ultimatum.Last week my 1st attempted appointment had the same window of time (12pm -3pm) frame and their ETA was 3:30 pm.Based on the reviews I was really excited about doing business with this company, but it seems they have scheduling issues and customer service is not expected to resolve such an easy matter.

. The plumbers fom 24 HR Emergency Plumber Dallas INC came on the same day and fixed the problem quickly. They only charged us for the investigation fee. The expert was very knowledgeable and I really appreciate that he also explained what the issue was.

I had a leak and slate plumbing came out and fixed it right away - Emily, the dispatcher, was AWESOME!!! with assisting me and finding help as soon as possible!! Customer service like I received is hard to find these days!!

Jeff D came out to fix an issue with the garbage disposal. Within a few minutes he was able to identify the issue and get it resolved. Took the time to break down what caused the issue and how I can troubleshoot any future problems I may see. Very friendly and knowledgeable!

Very knowledgeable, fast working staff. Called at 1pm on Friday afternoon for a leaky copper pipe on interior AC unit. Worker showed up at 3:30pm and had the issue fixed by 5pm.

The Baker Brothers team was fantastic!! The whole process was very smooth and everyone at Baker Brothers was so nice and professional. I really liked that not only did they let me know when a technician was on their way, but they also sent me the name and a picture of the technician who would be coming out. Dalton Broussard did a fantastic job installing my new water tank. He completed the work in about an hour and left the area cleaner than when he arrived. I highly recommend Baker Brothers and Dalton Broussard to any one needing their hot water tank replaced!!

Very disappointed, I scheduled an appointment for this morning for a stoppage and when I called the office I was told that there was no record of this as well as being booked up for the week. If I could rate it lower that one star, I would. I don't think I could trust to do business if you cannot keep up with a service appointment.

Repaired 2 slab leaks a couple years ago. Rerouted hot lines to attic.So another leak showed up 2 days ago. Tried to call... number not good anymore. So called new plumber. They are repairing cold line leak. Will reroute cold lines in attic. Well, Phantom Plumbing did not finish their work 2 years ago. Discovered they did not pull required permit, did not insulate lines in attic or clamp down. I see now why they are out of business. Disappointed in Ricky Naidoo the past owner of Phantom Plumbing.
