I have several properties in the Dallas area, some are rental homes, and I use Dallas Plumbing exclusively for anything they can repair or install. I have used them recently on 2 rental properties, 1 locating a leak behind a wall and repairing same and the other was replacing a water heater and pan. I've also used them at my home where they install a new kitchen sink, faucet, disposal and install all the bathroom sink faucets throughout the house. Austin has done all the work on my properties and I couldn't recommend a better technician! I will always request him personally to perform any work on my properties in the future! Dallas Plumbing is also reasonably priced, I have tried another plumber in Dallas but declined their services due to their extremely high costs. Me and my family has been using Dallas Plumbing for all their plumbing and a/c-heating needs for about 30 years - they are by far the best in my experience.

Plumbing work was good thr first time. Dirt removal replacement both times was horrible. Toilet still rocks back n forth. Loud noises under slab after second leak fix. Call office. They never call back

I could not be more thrilled with my experience with Airforce One. They have been serving my HVAC for over 10 years. This August I had to have AC replaced as it was a very old unit. They replaced it 2 days after it died and the process was simple and seamless. They left no trace of their presence in my house except for the new equipment. They were thorough with figuring out what was happening and then quick to repair. He and his crew were friendly, professional and very caring about our job. This company installed the HVAC system in our home prior to our purchase and the prior owner bought a service contract which was transferrable to us. In January I had them come out to perform a service check. They sent a technician who looked barely out of high school who could not perform the check as he could not figure out how to access the unit. I asked him to report that back to the office as I did not feel we got a complete service check. I never heard back from anyone following that visit.This week I scheduled our spring AC check and specifically asked for an experienced tech due to the problems last go round. The tech that came out today was great, very professional, and indeed could access the unit. The filter was in desperate need of a change as it was not done at the last visit due to the incompetence of the tech. Now Wilson wants to charge me $70 to change the filter (which is supposed to be included in the service check - the cost of the filter). After explaining that the last tech did not check it, the company is still unwilling to change the filter unless I pay $70 for the filter. While the tech was great this go round, the customer service of Steve, the owner, is atrocious. He is willing to forego having us as a repeat customer over a $15 filter because he hires teenagers who are poorly trained an incompetent. If you do decide to use this company, ensure you get someone who knows what they are doing, because the owner will not make it right if they fail to do their job right the first time.

After buying a new house, I experienced a onslaught of plumbing issues. First, my water heater went out and then I had a pipe bust in my yard. Josh at Fisher Bros was patient and explained what was going on. He provided options and led me to the best decision. This was the best plumbing experience I've ever had in my life. I would highly recommend.
