Best Faucet Repair in Columbus OH

These guys were a Christmas miracle! (this post is a bit late but I have been meaning to leave them a great review)
Our water main busted two days before Christmas. Two crew members came by our home to check out the issue that very night. They gave us a quote and scheduled an emergency start for that following Monday, right after the holidays. They were knowledgeable, friendly and affordable. I would highly recommend!

They have been in business for years at this location.

Nathan was a great service technician. They arrived quickly and we're able to take care of the issue today.

Tina came out on Monday, July 25 and examined my clogged sump pump line. She was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It seems that tree roots are the culprit and part of the city sidewalk as well. I received their estimate, but it did not reflect everything that Tina and I discussed. I called the office for clarification on Wednesday and have heard nothing back. I hate being blown off! The 2 stars are for Tina and Kaylee, the customer agent. Those ladies deserve 5 stars. Charlie never got back to me about my concerns, so I am looking elsewhere for help.

The installer was very knowledgeable and explained the warranty, operation, and work that was completed in a caring and professional manner. He made sure that I was satisfied with his work. What an asset to have as part of your business. Thank you for your service!

Ben and Derrick came out, each on separate days, for an emergency shower leakage issue that was quite a process. They both (the entire company) were easy to work with and more than willing to explain what needed to happen and where the original plumbers who rehabbed our place had gone wrong. They were respectful, clean, efficient and friendly. I will be using them again.

I would give them no stars if that was an options This company was assigned to me by my home warranty company. A previous plumber had thought there may be a slab leak and this company was assigned to find if there was a leak where it was located. They showed up 5 minuted before the end of my appointment window without the camera needed. I don't know which plumber came but he said that he didn't know they needed the camera. I explained that wasn't true as I had been clear when I scheduled the appointment. He was rude and did not look at one thing in my home. He was going to just leave but I insisted that he reschedule before leaving as I had already paid my service fee and it was Friday. He went to his van and came back and scheduled for 8-10 AM the next morning. The next morning they did not come back to my home, I called the emergency number at 10 AM and no call back. I called AHS and they said that the company had submitted paperwork the night before saying it was a slab leak and that I would need to pay 11,000 to the company to fix the leak as it was not covered. I am unclear how they could come up with a cost as they have no idea where the leak is or if there even is a leak as they never even looked at anything. Shady Shady company! Run !!! don't walk away from them.

First off Rick advertises himself as a 24/7 service which is not true. He will come out and inspect the problem within 24 hours yes, but he’ll charge you a deposit, set up an appointment to come repair at a later date, then never show up or call. He never showed up the day he scheduled himself to come repair!! I’ve tried contacting him for the last three days and have yet to hear from him. His phone just keeps going directly to voicemail. He did email an invoice in which the math did not make sense or add up. He put on the invoice that I still owe him a deposit when I paid it the day he was here. The pictures reflect what he left my ceiling looking like when he ripped it away to get to the pipes that needed repaired. He is just extremely unprofessional and would not recommend him to anyone. Please steer clear!!!

How can I rate NEGATIVE 1 million and 1? Absolutely WORST PLUMBER EVER!!!! Beyond bad customer service NOT friendly or helpful IN ANYWAY. Truly did not appreciate my business, could have cared less. And, this was all over phone BECAUSE AFTER SCHEDULING APPOINTMENT THEY NO CALLED/NO SHOWED and when I called to inquire I was HUNG UP on.

Sometime later I did receive a call from Pat. He showed up pretty quickly and was in and out pretty quick. And did provide satisfactory service. Thankfully it worked out.

Our shower had been dripping for some time. A previous plumber had refused to tackle the job because of the difficulty. Mike from Accurate Plumbing overcame the difficulty. It took some time but the job was finished, and now the shower seems to work better than when it was new. Mike also repaired a toilets that I had asked him to look at. The charge for these jobs was more than reasonable.

Outstanding service, had multiple issues that lead into Tuesday. Paul and Don were prompt, courteous, and honest. Will continue using these guys. Very pleased with the work, service and price!

Tim came out on short notice and fixed my shower cartridge after another company tried to “fix” it. The other company was going to try to bill me for more work than what was needed and I called these guys to come out and fix the problem after I told the other company to leave. Tim was very knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend him and his company if your looking for a quality repair and a reasonable price. Don’t make the mistake I did and just call him first.

These guys are professional and extremely helpful, they have made a rather stressful plumbing situation much easier

Chuck and the whole team were amazing. We had our water line in the front year break on a Sunday. Chuck personally came over to make sure that we were in a good spot and took care of the immediate needs. He and the team were at my home on Monday morning to get to work and stayed late to ensure they fixed the problem. The team was very personable and made sure we understood everything they were doing throughout the process. Highly recommend and will use them again if I have another need.

They were able to schedule me only two days out, and the guy that came out was very professional and polite and did his job very fast and was able to explain in layman's terms what the issue was and what they had done to fix it.

I can't recommend them enough.
