Best Faucet Repair in Columbus OH

Tony was outstanding. He came on time and worked diligently until the job was done. We were really in a time crunch so his great work made all the difference on getting everything done on time. He was courteous and very knowledgeable with all my new appliances. He worked on toilet, dishwasher, stove, sink and refrigerator water lines to unhook all of them for a remodel in our home and then he hooked them back up the next day. I would highly recommend this plumbing service.

Had a water back up issue in my basement that needed immediate service. Pricing was double the price of other plumbers. Servicing was good for removing the soft blockage, but the issue was never remediated. Then when looking for a diagnosis of a long term solution , I received inconsistent information that not only did not solve the problem, but would lead to a extremely high payment for work that was unnecessary. I will not use the router rooter again.

Don't use! No follow up on property damage.The main line in my backyard needed replaced due to root damage which you can image was not a inexpensive project. I mentioned to the representative giving me the quote that I had been procrastinating on the project because my husband had recently passed away. I was given assurances that I would have no problems with this company and they would do a great job. They did fix the plumbing but they also ripping the gate going to my backyard completely off the hinges. I was asked if my gate was broken before they arrived. By that he meant was my gate laying on the driveway when they arrived. I assured him that the gate was standing and functional that morning. I was told my gate would be fixed. It almost two weeks later and I've heard nothing from the company. I've left two messages with the excavation manager that have been unreturned. I was told today the message would be directly given to him. Still no call. If this is the great treatment I was promised as a recent widow I would hate to see how the average customer is treated.

John, Chris, and Ruben were amazing and informative. With everything they were doing or planning to do they kept me in the loop. Also gave me advice/information regarding the care and maintenance for my old unit. They were a joy to be around. I will use them again and I definitely would refer them to my friends.

Matt was a very friendly and knowledgeable technician. I give him 5 stars. However Mr. Rooter earns 3 stars. Matt took care of the water heater issue without any problem. He wasn't wearing a mask and I didn't know his Covid status; which is Mr. Rooter's fault for not protecting the customers better. I could have called another plumbing service but as the water heater repair progressed Matt discovered that I would need an electrician to install a faulty breaker. Matt rounded up a Mr. Electric electrician in our area and he cane over and installed the new breaker. I am happy with the repairs. Not happy with the lack of PPE worn by the technician. And I thought that the price was too high.

This is the worst experience ever. The plumber Matt will lie to the service warranty company to get your claim denied and RIP you off your service fee and never come back. They do nothing but change their company name to trick people into using them. Please be advised.

How can I rate NEGATIVE 1 million and 1? Absolutely WORST PLUMBER EVER!!!! Beyond bad customer service NOT friendly or helpful IN ANYWAY. Truly did not appreciate my business, could have cared less. And, this was all over phone BECAUSE AFTER SCHEDULING APPOINTMENT THEY NO CALLED/NO SHOWED and when I called to inquire I was HUNG UP on.

Sometime later I did receive a call from Pat. He showed up pretty quickly and was in and out pretty quick. And did provide satisfactory service. Thankfully it worked out.

I called plumbing one because my neighbor suggested that I needed a new water heater. Plumbing One showed up on time and was very friendly. All they had to do was replace the valve and now it works great! No more leaks! Thank you for saving us so much money!

Scheduled me super quick. Lady on the phone was super super nice!! They came during the appointment time. Mike B and Jeff came out. THEY WERE AMAZING!!! Super nice and respectful of my house. Fixed the problem and double checked everything worked. They cleaned up after themselves too. Great with animals!Such amazing service!!!!
