They are amazing. We just moved into our house and we haven't been able to use our washer for 2 weeks due to a problem with the drain. They fixed it and now I can finally do our laundry! I will definitely call them if we have any other issues.

Steve Baumann returned my initial Saturday phone call the same day and, after asking the relevant questions, arranged an appointment for first thing Monday morning. The crew (Jacob and Steve's son Brett) arrived as expected with everything they needed to complete the job. They were professional, competent, and polite. They took time to explain everything to me and clearly cared about the quality or their work and my experience. I was very pleased.

ATTENTION SENIORS AND SINGLE WOMEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Apex quoted my elderly mother $914 to replace a gas control valve that had failed on a 2YR old warrantied water heater. The manufacturer (Rheem) provided the part under warranty and stated that it takes their professional installers about 1 hour to install including draining the tank. Apex also deemed EVERY valve up to the water heater (gas and water) failing and needing replacement. This 1 hour job was now up to $4000. We truly believe the Apex associate was trying to gouge my elderly mother who was desperate and out of hot water. The ORIGINAL INSTALL including water heater was only $863. Yet Apex wanted $914 to repair the gas control valve. This honestly borders on criminal and I'm going to report it to the AG's office and the Department of Aging. Apex is notorious for never estimating a price until they get there when you are most desperate. They also do not break down their cost per hour.We ended up having another plumbing company come out the same day and install the gas control valve for $165. Again, Apex wanted $914. We used Apex a few times but never again. I wonder how many other desperate Elderly customers they steal from? Avoid these guys like the Plague or COVID!

The technician who came to my residence did a good job, he cleared out the blockage on my drainage system and did a good job cleaning up. He also gave some good advice on how to use simple products to help prevent blockages in the future. Great company. Will use them again if I need to. Thank-you Drain Masters. Doug J.

We called them after a pipe burst in our garage. They were the soonest appointment we could get since the winter storm caused issues all over Columbus. When they showed up the technician claimed he was just here for an estimate. I did not call for or want an estimate. That was very clear, and no one ever told me that is what I was getting. I was unable to live in my house and just wanted the leak fixed. He said someone could come out 2 days later. Knowing that we could not get anyone sooner, we took the appointment. When that technician came out, he was wonderful and fixed both leaks. This company totally duped us by telling us they could give us the soonest appointment, but in all actuality we probably could have gotten something sooner. We were satisfied with service once that person came out. If you decide to use them, be very clear about what you want and ask questions if it’s a time where plumbers are needed everywhere.

After a drain backup in our basement, we got a couple of estimates for repair of the problem. Mr. Rooter was the more economical and workable option (no tearing up the basement floor!). Aaron, who described to us the process of descaling and hydro-jetting the main line, was very clear and forthright in his explanations. We knew what to expect and when. When the excavation descaling/hydro-jetting team came a few days later, they were very thorough and cleaned up after themselves. We were satisfied that the job was done professionally and correctly. Very thankful for Jess and her team. She went over the options of what type of piping would be suitable for my home and which would be best during the winter. During the consultation/quote she noticed other issues with the home and showed pictures of the concerns she had. She also pointed out that with my home being an older home it was not up to code on a couple of items. She was very thorough in describing the work that had to be done and I was pleased with what was all included. She showed pictures of all the work that was completed in the crawl space. Knowing beforehand that getting plumbing work done on my home wasn't going to be cheap. I was totally happy with the price of the work that was done and the quality of work that came with it.
