He immediately accessed the problem (toilet backed up into tub) went to basement and opened the (elbow bend) part. Found plastic pop out piece from setting up toilet 2 yrs earlier, from another company. That was the best experience, cleaned bathroom, no nasty smell (still disinfected) and the price (drum roll) $106.00. I was impelled to give a tip!!
Cheapest plumber that does excellent work.

Main drain had a brick in access point of drain. Plumber left & got a large crow-bar and was able to pry it out! Man went the extra mile and got the job done! My husband and I were very happy that our con Crete basement floor didn't have to be broke up!!! He snaked both drains, to ensure the drains were both clear and cleaned. Reasonable price $160. Plumbing One is the only place that we call for plumbing assistance! Prior to finding them, we had other plumbers tell us that they could not do the type of work that we were requesting. Thankfully, we found Plumbing One, and they have been more than helpful every time we have needed them. They have great plumbers who do excellent work at reasonable prices. We highly recommend this business.

My water heater stopped working, the plumber knew exactly what was wrong, ordered the part and came over quickly to install the new part on my water heater. The price was affordable, the service exceptional and the plumber was nice. I am thankful.

We have been customers of Calhoun since we moved into our home in 2011. Between 2011-2018, they provided good service to us when we needed their services. However, after bad multiple encounters in 2019, we have stopped using this company.

In early 2019, we booked them to help us put in a new line for a gas stove into our kitchen. They gave us a quote and we scheduled the date. The gas line needed to be placed before other work in the kitchen could be done. They also noted that we need to replace a pipe on our water heater. They never showed up on the day of the appointment. They never reached out to us to let us know something changed, so we called to inquire. We were told that they wouldn't be able to reschedule for several days.

We found another company who came the next day and installed the gas line. The new company also noted that the line to our water heater was fine and no replacement was needed. Calhoun had quoted us for over $150 for the water heater work in addition to installing the gas line to the kitchen.

We most recently had a clog in an upstairs drain. Again, we called them and scheduled an appointment. And again, they did not show up for the appointment. And again, they did not call us to let us know that they appointment needed move--they just didn't show up.

We are disappointed by the significant shift in Calhoun's reliability and they lost a loyal customer after multiple instances of not arriving for the scheduled appointments.

We had a small leak coming from our upstairs bathroom, their employee replaced the part and wax ring around the toilet, but DID NOT TIGHTEN the connection properly. This resulted in a much larger problem and leak than we had initially, and caused much more damage to our downstairs ceiling. We called the plumber immediately after explaining that something wasn't right, but he belittled my wife and basically blew her off three times. It was only when I called and insisted that he go back to check that he did, saw that he screwed up, and fixed it properly. Oh, and they refused to do anything about the damage to the ceiling below. With so many plumbers in the area, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.

I’ve used these guys in the past and they were great. This time however I’ve talked to a “dispatcher” twice and I’m being told to expect a call back from the owner and never received a call. You should not have to speak to the owner to get an appt scheduled.

Joe 0369 was super helpful! He helped me troubleshoot my water heater, and picked up my new one and installed it. He also took the old one away which saved me the trouble. I really appreciated how thorough Joe was. He took the time to explain everything he did and also how to troubleshoot my water heater if the pilot light were to go out.

Ryan was professional and pleasant! He recommended a couple of garbage disposal model as our had started leaking from the bottom and needed to be replaced. He arrived on time and removed, disposed of our old garbage disposal and installed a our new model! The price was more than fair and reasonable. I would recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.
