Do not use them, the plumbers who do the work are scamsters and will lie about the job so as to charge you the most, they do not even do the job properly so they can charge you for a second visit. We have apartments in Columbus that were blocked and backed up, called Roto Rooter and scheduled a call out, 1) They never came so I had to call the next day and schedule another call out. 2) When the first guy came out he went to the most expensive option (water Jetting) $991 later and cleared the drains one of our tenants told him about the mess inside, but he did not go in and check, instead he left. the Tenant told me that the drains were still blocked, so I called Roto Rooter, was told its under warranty, he came out again and then charged me $400 to clear the drain that should have been completed in the first time. I rang head office and spoke to a Manager Rob, who assured me that he would resolve it and raise a credit for me, told me he would call me back, which he has not. I rang 3 times and left messages but they will not return my calls, so I am never going to use Roto Rooter for any of my 23 buildings ever again, and highly recommend other people to go else where also.The company has short term views and clearly only want to rip people off, and this goes all the way to the managers.

I have used waterworks many times for repairs and installations . Evan is the technician I ask for.He is so professional so personable explains everything he is doingI would give him a 10+ if I could.

We called Apex after our pipes sprung a leak over the weekend and we had been out of water for several days. After receiving a significantly higher estimate from another company, we decided to give it an extra day to see what Apex had to say. Dusty was able to get our repair done along with an additional preventative measure for a lower cost and without any of the potential damage to our walls and water heater that the other company was calling for. The fix was complete and we had water flowing again within a matter of hours. Very much appreciated!

Luther was the tech who came today. Very professional, courteous, and fixed the clogged conductor lines. He explained everything and had a great attitude. A plus!

This company was very nice from beginning of answering phone to the repairman. Everyone was friendly and did a great job. Very satisfied and highly recommend.

My call -- at 9:00 or 9:30 a.m. on a Sunday -- was handled promptly and efficiently. Mr. Rooter's technician, Matt Berger, arrived about 10:00 a.m. He was personable and quickly cleared the clog. Mr. Rooter isn't cheap but, given the quality of their service, they were worth it. I recommend them highly.

How can I rate NEGATIVE 1 million and 1? Absolutely WORST PLUMBER EVER!!!! Beyond bad customer service NOT friendly or helpful IN ANYWAY. Truly did not appreciate my business, could have cared less. And, this was all over phone BECAUSE AFTER SCHEDULING APPOINTMENT THEY NO CALLED/NO SHOWED and when I called to inquire I was HUNG UP on.

Sometime later I did receive a call from Pat. He showed up pretty quickly and was in and out pretty quick. And did provide satisfactory service. Thankfully it worked out.

My washer was not draining and backing up. I called G-tech, and they were here the same day and were very nice/professional. They were able to find the problem, fix it, and cleaned up afterward. It has been working ever since. Would definitely call them again.

Great company! I had another company come out before Carpenter. They told me I needed to replace the heater and A/C for &12,000.00. Carpenters team came out and found nothing wrong weigh either. Very honest, friendly and professional! When I do need to replace my hvac they will be my first call.

Our plumber showed up on time like they said they would. He was very friendly and told what was going with our tankless water heater. He had in up and going in a little over an hour. Didn't break the bank like other plumbers wanted to charge us.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! They replaced the whole waterline to my house in just 4 hours and only dug 3 holes!!! Other companies quoted me 3 times what 1 utility charged me and did less damage on my yard.
