The service technician came with his supervisor who pretty much took control of our discussion. Then, when it was time for him to explain what was needed, we were repeatedly interrupted by incoming phone calls. Once the interruptions ended, we were able to communicate and the job was done satisfactorily.

Robert and woody was great they worked hard three days in a row to get my Hvac system in and working they even came back todo the service because they were having so trouble with the air conditioning unit after they had talked to there serve tech they finished it today and they were fantastic about doing there job and keeping m up to date on every step of what they were doing then they showed m all the conponts on the fuurance and explain how and when to change them and done a great job cleaning up after there self but we both forgot to get the extra filters that they were supposed of gave m .

Helped resolve my collapsed pipe and were very professional in all my questions.

I waited all day believing this company would arrive at the scheduled time of 4:30 pm. These guys did not call or even show up for the appointment that they rescheduled. I called to inquire about what happened and they instructed me to call another plumbing service. Finding another plumber so late in the day is not impossible, but it does create a challenge. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE BUMS!!

Good people, low cost

Needed a century old water line replaced in a historic neighborhood. Tight working space in and around buildings and gardens did not make it easy. Robert put me at ease every step of the way, explaining as he went. Along with James they prepped the site for boring crew. Bob and Kyle from Sure Shot are the Mac daddies of boring. They landed within inches of their mark. Robert finished the job and I had water before dinner. They charged a fair price. They were efficient. They were professional. Riley came to finish the job and left the property just as they found it.
If you need a water line replaced these are the guys to call.

Repairman was professional but cost was ridiculously high. Repair for 3 valves took approximately 30 min., charged $550. Do not use this company, fee charged to 89 yr old mother was major rip off. Not happy.

I will use this company for all my home needs! Austin and Dustin were my husband and I’s life savers this week! They kept me up to date on everything and made sure to fix it as quick as they can. I 10/10 recommended!

I had a leaking shower in my house and decided to give these guys a call. They exceeded my expectations and do excellent work. I had an older style 2 handle shower faucet and they upgraded me to a more modern single handle faucet. I love it and would absolutely recommend this place. Awesome plumbers and amazing work!

we had your company out to scope our septic line from the house to the tank nothing was visible on the camera. That was disappointing because we still had water leaking into the house when we would used the system. we dug the line up anyway and found multiple holes and cracks in the pipe from the house to the tank. I guess i am a little frustrated spending all that money for a service that was unable to spot any of the cracks or holes in the pipe. In todays advancement of equipment you would have thought that something would have appeared on screen.

My home is very old and always difficult. Craig and TC never gave up and got the job done. I highly recommend them.

I called Rooter Works in a panic needing a gas pipe inspected & repaired for an impending home sale. I spent an entire afternoon on the phone with plumbers in the area looking for someone who would be available in my timeline and this company shocked me by saying they could get someone out SAME DAY! I am not saying this is the case for everyone, but this worked in our favor for sure! Josh Moone was the tech who came to the house and he was awesome. He was professional and right on time. Didn't even mind my crazy pups barking at him while he was trying to work. :/ He helped to explain all of my options for repair from top to bottom tiers and provided accurate cost estimates. He even answered ALL of my dumb questions. I am really happy I found Rooter Works and if you are lucky enough to get Josh, you will feel so at ease. Especially when it comes to scary things like gas lines. Before he left, he went above the call of service and was able to get our house back up to code and now I can feel confident that our house is safe again. THANK YOU JOSH!

My review of this company has *magically* disappeared. But for the sake of home owner’s sanity do not use this company. They were called out to unclog a bathroom sink. During their work they disconnected the shower drain causing water damage to the two lower levels of our home. They refused to remedy any of the thousands of dollars worth of damage they caused or even return to reconnect the shower drain. No one would return my calls after I reported the issue. Ultimately had to bring in homeowners insurance to fix all the damage they caused. Hands down worst service interaction in 10+ years of home ownership.

Mr. James Bond came out and worked on my disposal in my sink, he was amazing! With everything that was wrong with it he had the whole job done in about an hour! He was courtious and professional. It was an awesome experience and would recommend this company!
