Best Plumbing Remodel in Columbus OH

Called them this morning to ask if I could get a new bathroom faucet and shut-off valve installed sometime today. They indicated no problem and promised a service man would arrive between 12-3. At noon I received a call from Moose to indicate he was on his way. He arrived in 15 minutes and completed the job within an hour. Moose was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. My complete experience couldn't have been better!

I had a drain issue in the kitchen sink and plumbing. Seth came out in less than 2 hours and was able to fix the issue in a timely, professional manner. Seth also provided some tips and recommendations to improve the plumbing layout that was part of the issue. Great service, very friendly and affordable.

I cannot say enough positive things about this company and its workers. A major plumbing repair job in my basement, which I thought was going to take seven days, ended up taking two! The team was professional, communicative, and efficient. I highly recommend.

David was very experienced and very quick help find out what is the problem and help fix very fast as well.

Buyer BEWARE. These guys are bad news. Got their jetter stuck in the sewer main out on city of Columbus property. It happens I get it and I offered to pay to have it dug up. The owner continued to delay delay delay. Had to hire another company come dig up the majority of it while the owner of a sterling comitted to removing the rest of it. Over a year later now, part of its still in the city main ready to disrupt plumbing flow for an entire cit block. Unprofessional….recommend extreme caution with these guys!

Plumbing One was beyond helpful. From Ben taking the first call and easing my stress to Jess and the other plumber (I did not catch the gentleman's name) who came in and performed excellent install. Professional from top to bottom and I highly recommend their work! 5/5, will call again for future plumbing needs.

Great skilled technicians

Everything started off great per usual. Then there were three straight days with no call, no show, call the office and get an excuse as to why the technician couldn’t be out that day. We had a large scope of work which included roughing in plumbing. They placed the shower faucet on the wrong wall which I had to ask to be corrected mid-job. The toilet flange is 9.5” from the wall. If you can find me a toilet that will fit, I’ll consider taking this review down. We eventually got sick of getting the run around and stopped working with them. They became very responsive when it came time to collect payment to which they were asking for the full contracted amount. They did maybe half of the work that was originally agreed upon. Needless to say, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

I use this company for all plumbing issues I have. They do an excellent job, their prices are reasonable, and they don't try to push you into doing work you don't need. They saved me money today by explaining that the service they thought I needed is now the service I don't need. I can absolutely recommend them.

Received service from Jack Woods Plumbing to get both outdoor spouts fixed for our hoses. The service agent arrived 30 mins late because he said his knee was acting up so he came into work late, which I understand since she was an older gentleman but it was still bothersome.

When he got to the house he stated that he did not feel comfortable working on one of the spouts because he did not think he could complete the job because there was a small area to work with and it would be hard. I accepted this because it is in a cramped spot, but it still took him 20 mins or so taking a look at it to see of he could make it work, all.of this time I was paying him for laborz

The other spout he fixed in about 5 mins as and we came to find yesterday that his fix now leaks behind the drywall in my basement when the spout it turned on.

I spoke to a manager about my transgressions about the service and they said they would as refund part of the labor due to the service agent arriving late and not being able to complete the full job requested.

This work was done months ago and I have not seen a check or credit from the company. So this was a complete bust on their side.

Tl;dr? You should go elsewhere for your service unless you want service that won't last more than a few months.

good experience with this company twice getting roots out of my main line. very responsive and professional. For coming out on a Sunday morning, also reasonably priced. My tech was Mike Anderson--very good.
