Best Emergency Service in Columbus OH

I have been using this company for all my drain needs, I have a maintenance crew and when they tell me they can't clear it or stop it from leaking I know I can trust them to give me a fair price. The only call I ever get from them is job is completed. Great bunch of guys doing what they're great at.

Nathan was perisonalble and explained what he was finding. He handled all the details and time wise it didn’t take long at all.

Very professional, on time and patient while main water was being turned off. Explained the repair and parts involved. Followed up.

John arrived within one hour of my call on a Sunday morning and was nothing less than stellar. He was friendly, worked fast and had my toilet rebuilt in top working condition I no time. I wasn’t charged a service fee even though another company wanted $250 to come out on a weekend. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter!

The guys at Sterling's Plumbing are the best to be had. Sometimes they don't show up exactly when they say they will, but scheduling is difficult because they don't know how much trouble they will run into, but overall, they arrive when they say they will and their work, which is the important part is always A+

I recently had some problems with a product Accurate installed (not their product and nothing they could control). Getting the problem resolved took a number of trips over the course of several weeks. MIke and his team went above and beyond in handling my issue fairly, competently and effectively. I have used Accurate Plumbing many times over the years and this experience more than validates why I keep going back to them.

These guys are awesome! They did such a good job with my shower that when they left I couldn't even tell they had been there. Great team!

Chuck and the whole team were amazing. We had our water line in the front year break on a Sunday. Chuck personally came over to make sure that we were in a good spot and took care of the immediate needs. He and the team were at my home on Monday morning to get to work and stayed late to ensure they fixed the problem. The team was very personable and made sure we understood everything they were doing throughout the process. Highly recommend and will use them again if I have another need.

They came to check our gas fireplace to make sure it was ready for this cold day. They are our best in San Antonio, very thorough, checking the gas lines, making sure there are no leaks, explaining the steps to get the fireplace working. Light the fireplace for us. Great customer service. I will use them from now on. Very professional and polite.
