I was very pleased with my experience as a Safe Electric customer! The office/scheduling team is incredibly responsive and helpful. Scheduling an initial inspection and then the work afterward was an absolute breeze. Safe Electric offers financing plans that made this project feasible for me. My only complaint would be that the interest free period is relatively short.Zack W. led the team during the work at my home, and I can't say thank you enough, he was excellent! Zack and the team were very respectful of me and my home, communicated everything they were doing, and took the time to explain things I wanted more information about. I feel confident in the electrical safety of my home, and the quality of the work done (re-devicing, fire guard/arc vault breaker installation, 2 outdoor outlets installed, and a full service). Additionally, the team was incredibly dog friendly which made the whole experience even easier.I'd reccomend Safe Electric and particularly Zack to anyone! In fact I've already passed their information to some family members. Thank you Safe Electric!

After one call, they immediately texted me, got me on their calendar, and did ALL electrical work the next day! It was by far some of the best service I’ve ever received. The work was fantastic and truly helped make my house a home. The techs were friendly, fair service in price, and punctual. I can’t say enough great things about this company and the service I received!

What a great organization, call them with 100℅ trust in any electrical concerns. The companies mean focus is to serve every customer as their own. For the right equipment or repair and even add-ons of services like exterior lighting, a new light fixtures and even hooking up your new interior or exterior sauna nothing stops their inability to get the job done.
With Columbus Ohio whether, installing the right sized back-up state of the art generate is a must.

Mr Electric / Mark E did a great job with outdoor lighting. Started w/ a convenient scheduling process that had service within 2 days. Mark came right on time (early, actually) & the call-ahead/verification system was great. Professional, friendly, fixed the problem and Mark offered to look at any other issues. Also had great recommendations for others issues in the home. Best in class.

Jason came out to help a couple of weeks ago when our electric was surging. He was able to find and fix the problem within 20 minutes. He answered all our questions and was very patient explaining everything in a way we could understand without (too many) industry terms. There are a couple of issues that made me rethink the 5 star review but I did tell Jason I was going to post one (at the time I was extremely happy our electric was working and that he was so helpful). The major one is that our insurance company has called multiple times, left messages, and they have received no response. We were suppose to receive an estimate for a whole house rewire and did not. I guess we will have to find another place for our estimate.

Wow! I called because of an outlet I fried and they were out within 2.5 hours. Jose and Edgar were super fast, polite, and they were courteous with keeping their shoes covered which is always something I really appreciate, especially in this gross weather! They were great. We will be looking to have new outlets added to our kitchen when we remodel, so I will certainly use them again!

The only feedback I have is, I got an alert they were 30 mins away. So I started heading back toward my house with about 10 minutes to spare before they’d arrive. It turned out, they’d already arrived but almost left because I couldn’t get them in! My husband was able to let them in thankfully and caught them as they almost got back to their van. This is nothing on the guys, in fact, being early is awesome and rare for service industry. More so, the problem seemed to be with their “tracking system.” It plotted them about 30 mins away the whole time so it just doesn’t seem to be working right. This won’t keep me from calling them again, their prices were very fair and the work was done well! :)

The job was impeccable. I’ve worked with them before and every job has been truly impressive, timely, and professional. Their services are unmatched by any other electricians and I can’t recommend them enough.

So far so good on the electrical work, but very poor rating for the mess they left behind. Huge chunks of mud left all over my laundry room and the large staples from previous electrical panel could have ruined my sweeper had I not seen them first!!! Please wear covers on your shoes and treat other people’s home with respect.

These guys are great!

They were tasked to add new pendant lights with dimmer to the kitchen and add power to my new gazebo, new switch, outlets, etc.

Previously, I had an electrician come over for an estimate and stated that this task was not possible due to the way the house was built.

With a great attitude and professionalism, the team executed and completed not just one task but both of them on the same day. They paid good attention to detail and kept me informed of everything happening throughout the process.

My family is very pleased with the outcome, and I would recommend this team to anyone.

Countryside's electrician Brian installed new track lighting on our kitchen ceiling, added an exterior floodlight to the back of our house - with a new switch for it in our dining room, and changed an outdated overhead sink light for a new contemporary one. Installing the new switch for the exterior light was an especially complex job, as it had to be routed coming up from our basement walls. They did a perfect job, gave us excellent advice on where fixtures should go, and completed the job with no problem. They were courteous, cleaned up everything, and the total cost was very reasonable. We would recommend Countryside for residential electrical work to anyone!

Good rates on electrical services. The work they did was good and they even cleaned up after them self.

Our parking lot was totally dark
So I called Roberts on Monday morning —- they sent out a service technician that afternoon ( who does that any more???)
And the job was completed the very next day — basically , within 24hours!!! You just don’t find efficiency and excellent service like this very often!
Why torture yourself and get aggravated —- just call Roberts
And deal with “professionals ”!

Previous reviews talk about their drivers. They obviously don’t care too much about it since they haven’t responded to those reviews or to me reaching out to them directly to complain. I was trying to drive safely past daycare facilities and their drivers speed and drive recklessly instead. I can’t trust that their drivers care much about anything else if they’re willing to treat others badly. Will never turn to this company for future work.
