Best Water Line in Columbus OH

Christian came by today to fix some wobbly toilets for me. I honestly am probably the least qualified person to review plumbing, but from what I can tell everything was done well. The main reason I wanted to leave the review though was because Christian was awesome personality wise - he was enthusiastic about his work and seemed like he knew his stuff. During the appointment I cracked my head on a sharp ceiling backing up, Christian was nearby when it happened and didn't hesitate to make sure I was okay. I have some future work coming up and I look forward to using this company again

Called for a clogged kitchen sink. Roto Rooter technician Shawn came to help us out. Shawn was profession and friendly. After assessing the situation Shawn got to work and did a great job. Thank you Shawn.

They did a good job, but are AWFULLY expensive. I think that even on a Saturday, it's just not right for a 20 minute job to cost $247. I'm likely to look for a more affordable plumber in the future.

Based upon my photos was able to quote re-install rebuild of a waste drain following a basement foundation wall reconstruction. Followed through with an excellent solution. (Earlier another plumbing company charged significantly more for the simple act of disconnecting the drain.)

Holden was very professional. He answered all my questions and explained everything he was doing. Service was thorough and quick.

After this terrible experience, I would not recommend them if all other plumbing companies left Columbus. I had a sewer water back up at my home. I reached out to Roto-Rooter among other plumbers, but Roto-Rooter was the quickest to be able to get someone out there (so I thought). Dave P. showed up the next morning, but he was only there to take photos and measurements. I was told to sign here, here, and here. That the paperwork was saying they would be coming out to clear the clog and do the work. Dave said he would have his team out there either later that day or the next day to clear the clog and drain the water. This unfortunately was the start of the miscommunication. Roto-Rooter sent out folks on 3 separate occasions prior to Seth coming out. This equated to 3 days of my basement having standing water and 1.5 days of work missed. Dispatch sent Melinda, Shawn, Keith and a water management manager. Each time these folks told me they were not the right person to help and I'd be put back on the list. This is all with having the time of each of these folks being pushed back. For example, at 12:30pm, I was told my window was between 12-4pm...they didn't show until closer to 7:45pm. No communication other than I'm sorry but he is coming or dispatch is in Chicago but we've tried to explain to her that we are not the right person to help. Side note issue, my name and email were incorrect even after I confirmed my name several times. They had my name listed as Layla and an email I've never had even after confirming and providing Dave with my email.

Seth comes, clears the clog, and his supervisor confirmed the line is clear. I paid $716 for Seth's services. Almost 2 weeks later, I get a bill for over $13,600 for the removal of wood paneling, tile flooring, and taking a chair and two storage cabinets to the back of my house, and setting up dryers and dehumidifies (some of which weren't even powered on). Emily said that I was made aware of the estimate when I signed the paper work with Dave. That is a lie. Matter of fact, I asked Dave on numerous occasions where we stood with the estimate and was told we still don't have it yet. After speaking with the manager Rick, I have been told that unfortunately they can't do anything since my $13k invoice IS within their estimate window and they have my signature on file. If I knew that removing wall paneling and tile floors would cost almost $14K, I would had these damages removed by other means. Absolutely unacceptable from the inconvenience, lack of communication, and complete disregard for customer service practices. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Tina took care of our problem very well. We were very satisfied with her work. And she cleaned up after herself very well. In fact she even discovered a problem another plumber had caused. She did say her supervisor would follow up with us concerning possible next steps and we have not heard back from him.

Jake was outstanding. He braved subzero temps to come out to our house in the middle of the night to deal with a major leak. Despite the conditions, he was incredibly friendly and informative. While he recommended services and replacement parts, he was never pushy about them. While I am in no rush to have to deal with this issue again, I will be sure to call ARS if I do.

We had different plumbers checks our sewage pump in an office building, got quotes to change it along with piping that reached 5k! We then had David Stilp from Muetzel plumbers who was very honest and basically said it does not need changed now! We appreciated his honest opinion that was built on his years of experience! We now know who to ask for when we need help!

I called Mr. Rooter for helping remove and fix a seized gas pipe fixture attached to our old stove so that we could install a new one. We were lucky to have Rodney Lattimer, who was not only prompt driving out to Marysville where we live, but worked quickly and efficiently and was the best service worker that I've had the pleasure of doing business with. He was honest, personable, and professional, and we couldn't ask for anyone better to have come out to help us! I would absolutely recommend using Mr. Rooter and specifically requesting Rodney to come out.

Main drain had a brick in access point of drain. Plumber left & got a large crow-bar and was able to pry it out! Man went the extra mile and got the job done! My husband and I were very happy that our con Crete basement floor didn't have to be broke up!!! He snaked both drains, to ensure the drains were both clear and cleaned. Reasonable price $160. We tried to use Accurate Plumbing to repair or replace our tankless water heater, and I would never recommend them. We did not have enough hot water to shower for more than a month while working with them and we spent nearly $700 for them to try different repairs that did not work. I had to call multiple times to get status updates, they came to our home four different times, and we still couldn’t get hot water. I ultimately decided to go with a different company that was able to replace our tankless water heater same-day.

Amazing!! Professional, extremely quick, and very friendly. Would recommend to anyone that needs a plumber in the Columbus area!

Ben Franklin was a little steep on comparison to other estimates I got for installation of our water heater. But, they were the fastest to respond and did so in a professional manner.

I thought our water heater was leaking, and the owner of the company called me and a technician was out within an hour. Turns out it was condensation from our furnace. The technician cut new piping and kindly created a way for the condensation to get out of the home instead of pooling in the basement.

This was not his responsibility yet, he helped and insisted I not pay him.

I would recommend this business.

I needed them on Sunday night when my home's main drain got plugged - no showers, laundry or toilets for us until this was fixed. I called and they arrived about 30 minutes later. Fast service and reasonably priced!

David Hesson of Hesson Plumbing did a great job. I have a home and several rental properties, and it is a struggle to get trustworthy and competent people to help with plumbing, electrical, and other things. Hesson Plumbing showed up on time, was professional, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Hesson Plumbing and I will use them again on my properties.

Recently had a main drain issue in my older home. After contacting 3 different plumber/drain cleaning companies, whose estimates were ridiculous, a neighbor recommended Chuck Ball, owner of CCG. Chuck came to my home....after hours on a Friday night and after working all day and assured me he would take care of the problem. He had to return to his shop for the water pressurized snake, needed to clear the drain properly. His professionalism, knowledge and caring efficiency was amazing. The actual clearing only took about 10 minutes, not the hours others had estimated it would take, including digging up my yard. The blockage was in my basement main drain U joint pipe, not my aeration system! Not only was I delighted with his attitude and work ethic, but with the more than reasonable cost. Can't give him enough kudos!! Hire this company!
