Best Water Line in Columbus OH

I never give reviews. However...... Plumbing and Drain Professionals replaced my two 12-year aging hot water tanks today. Moose and Pat were both very professional and courteous all around and very pleasant and respectful. Their professionalism wasn't phased by my annoying dogs or the fact that the job did turn out to have some complications (not their fault, trust me). Moose is very good at customer service..... explaining and answering questions when I requested. Will call them back for any plumbing service I need.

Needed a professional plumber called G&M. Appreciated the straightforward pricing structure, the friendly call agent and plumber. Will use again next time needed. Took bids from a few other firms, some never even showed up while others weren't on time, was happy to use G&M with their quality product and competitive pricing.

Mr. John Gleason, Service Technician #1482 arrived within the 1 hour service window I was given (I waited a total of only 30 minutes) and got to work immediately. He was extremely pleasant, did his job exceptionally well even with my little kids running around and watching intently, and held up a great conversation with me while I was watching.I know the Roto Rooter may not be the cheapest option by dollar amount, but I also know when I call them they won't leave me until the problem is resolved, whatever it is. For that reason, the value comes in the quality of the service and lack of hassle.

This was wonderful. Basement was Slightly wet from old pump not working. Very professional and quick.

In one word, EXCELLENT! Baumann and Sons came out to a house we are rehabbing, and replaced an old water heater, repaired a wobbly shower valve connection, pulled and replaced toilets, and removed a shower (just to name a few things!). Service was fantastic! The plumbers took extra care with every detail, right down to cleaning up after they were done! I would highly recommend them for everything from the littlest to the biggest plumbing work!

Chris showed up quick with a friendly smile on his face! He resolved our leak in no time! He quickly assessed the situation and provided me multiple comprehensive plans to choose from which not only provided me pricing options but allowed me to fully understand what needed to be done to correct the situation. 11/10 would definitely reccomend Chris from Apex!

we had a very expensive sewer problem that needed repair. When the estimator showed up he quoted a price that was very high and used what I thought were less than professional sales tactics. Get competitive quotes - their quoted price was nearly twice what their competitors did it for.

The folks answering the phone were nice enough and easy to work with, responsive, etc. Cheers for doing the front-end well!

However, I was not pleased with the technician sent out (I will not name him here). I felt like my issue was not a terribly difficult one, yet he wanted to go the most difficult route to solve the problem (it felt like he was trained to handle all cases that way and he didn't have the depth of knowledge to get creative). Overall, my plumber seemed to lack experience and the ability to troubleshoot. On top of that, with paying him hourly, he seemed to just sort of hem-haw around when I was trying to discuss options and get some honest perspective. His attitude and demeanor did not instill any confidence in me that he could do our job to my expectations.

Also, pricing seemed like such a mystery to this plumber, he was constantly calling someone to get prices, rather than having a cheat sheet for pricing (which, I explained they were coming for a hose faucet, so not sure why they didn't have some pricing for common repairs?). I've worked with other plumbers and HVAC folks in the past that could say yeah, I have that part on my truck and I think it runs $20, but will double-check. This guy did not exude that level of confidence or breadth of understanding with pricing.

Ultimately, one leaking piece was fixed, then another piece started leaking. I told the plumber to just settle up the bill with me and be on his way. I will look for a more experienced plumber if that small leak becomes a nuisance.

We found out we had a gas leak at 6pm on a Friday. I called and a friendly and helpful woman got us on the list immediately. I could not be more pleased with Mr Rooters quick, thorough and friendly response. Our technician Derick was so kind answering questions and giving us options. He had our home fixed and safe in no time. Thank you!

Rick came out on short notice Friday afternoon and got our plumbing up to code so the city could inspect the line and install a new meter. When the city was unable to fix the issue (blocked pipe from construction they were doing) Rick came back out on Saturday and was able to repair the line and get our water running again.

A+ for service, responsiveness and ability to get the job done! I am totally pleased with the outcome of my drain repair, at a fair price.
Pat was professional and communicated well regarding his arrival times. Mike did a fine job also. I would definitely use A Sterling Plumbing again and have referred them to family & friends. The phone was answered even on the weekend and the scheduler was very helpful.

The washing machine installation guys from Lowes had left us with a leaky mess. Accurate Plumbing put in new hoses and replaced the 4 shut-off valves for the washer & sink next to it, and they did a stellar job. Everything's perfectly aligned and works beautifully!

Tom and D.J. from Plumbing One LLC installed 2 new toilets and removed the old ones. Their work was done very efficiently and professionally. I did not have to worry about a thing! They picked up the new toilets at the hardware store for me as well. The new toilets were installed perfectly and I am pleased with the result.
I have used Plumbing One in the past, and have always found their plumbers to be knowledgeable and experts in their trade, as were Tom and D.J. They work really hard to please the customer. Alicia and Donna at the office are very helpful in scheduling and coordinating the work. I definitely plan to use Plumbing One LLC for future plumbing needs in my Canal Winchester home.

Amazing amazing service...... Where do I start?? We had went through very frigid subzero temperatures and as we are use to we dripped our water..... I woke up at 7am Friday Feb 1 after traveling 26 days to hearing gushing water under my house...... Quickly shut everything off and went to search for local plumbers...... I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing because the reviews were great, the young lady that answered the phone told me she would have plumber call me.... Within a minute I received the call explained the situation and he advised and told me they would call to schedule me..... I called them to save the time and we set up for Monday at my request because we were single digits.....

I received a call back a couple hours later and they didn’t want us to go without so they squeezed us in for Saturday The Next Day!!!

Jeff was our amazing plumber that showed up to assess the situation and see if it was viable to fix that day. Having to make several trips to get the parts he had our water back on within a very short time and I cannot begin to say how quick, efficient, and thorough Jeff was!

In all honesty I don’t think you can go wrong with Ben Franklin plumbers in Grove city Ohio they were amazing thank you so much for saving us!!!
