Best Water Line Repair in Columbus OH

Horrible pricing all of a sudden. All the techs I was used to working with on my properties are now gone and I understand why. They aren't your mom amd pops plumbing company, they charge 400$! To just snake a drain and they're main lines are double what everyone else is charging.

We required emergency services after hours on a weekend and the plumber arrived within an hour of our making the call. An inspector arrived the next day and, again, within an hour, the cleanup crew arrived, got down to business and clearly communicated their plan, as well as, directly answering my questions and communicating each step prior to execution. Our crew and workers were reliable and always showed up exactly when and as communicated. Excellent customer service!

They wanted to charge me $190 to come out at 10:30 PM. That's not even including what the service call would be. I don't understand how a company can advertise 24/7 service but charge for late nite services. Do you charge for early morning services too?

Our tech was great. He was 5 minutes early, he was professional, he was clean. Any mess he caused was removed when he left. He wore a smile at 8am and maintained it throughout his work. I'll call Apex again for my future plumbing needs.

Not happy. The guy who came to fix our gas was very nice and friendly. But we ended up with $1500 holes in the ceiling. And we had to pay for the time it took to create them. And the grounding was done badly. He cut the grounding wire too short. Free tip, grounding wire should go clear through the copper clamp. On both sides. You shouldn't be able to move it with your hand.

They're CSR's we're very responsive, their manager came out to assess my situation and the technician was friendly, informative and cleaned up. As far as I can tell the Technician did the job well and went above and beyond. I will recommend Mr. Rooter to all of my friends and anyone I run across that needs plumbing services.

The guys at Sterling's Plumbing are the best to be had. Sometimes they don't show up exactly when they say they will, but scheduling is difficult because they don't know how much trouble they will run into, but overall, they arrive when they say they will and their work, which is the important part is always A+

I have been a customer of Accurate Plumbing for over 10 years. Each time I move to a new house I keep them as my plumber. They have always been great to work with. I have called them numerous times in a panic. Every time they have replaced or repaired the faulty item. They have replaced my faucets, hot water tanks and toilets. They are a very honest company!! They also employ the best plumber in town, Mike. Mike is do knowledgeable that other plumbers ask his opinion. You definitely can’t go wrong using Accurate Plumbing.

Called this company to replace a garbage disposal after a plumber from another plumbing company with the initials RR gave me an estimate of $500.00 to replace the garbage disposal although I provided the replacement unit. Tommy and JD came to the house and after a few minutes Tommy got the garbage disposal working again. Returned the unit that I had already purchased. A week later Tommy and JD returned to the house to replace the kitchen faucet and fix a leaking shower head. They were professional, worked quickly and Tommy even cleaned up the mess under the sink from a badly corroded faucet. I highly recommend Plumbing One and will use them again whenever a need arises. Tommy has an awesome sense of humor and genuinely cares about his customers, as a result he gets my Best Plumber Award.

Fast and fair. Called them this morning to unclog our disposer. They were here within two hours and fixed the problem quickly. Only charged us for an express service call even though he had to take apart the plumbing under the sink to fix it. Very fair!!

They were great. Called late on a Friday afternoon. Said they could be out by next day. Called me back 5 minutes later and said actually a crew could be out in 30 minutes. Another 30 minutes after they arrived they had fixed two blockages and it only cost me $135. Definitely would call them again.
