I had a toilet drain clogged up from an accidental flush of a toilet cleaner head. I tried everything I could but it was beyond my reach with the limited tools I had. I called the office and they were very professional. They fit me in their schedule as soon as they could and were able to fix the issue in less than an hour upon arrival.

Robert Whitney and his crew came out yesterday to service our water main as it had had a slow leak when we just acquired the house. As a first time home buyer, I was at first worrisome over how long the project would take or if anything may extend it/make it worse, but Robert and his crew alleviated any fears I had by explaining the process, keeping us apprised as needed and being very diligent. They even showed us how important is was to take care of our leak when they found a hole further down the line. This crew deserves a raise and Apex deserves yours consideration if you are looking for any water line work. They were awesome! Would work with again!! Just a shame I can only give 5/5 when they deserve 6/5!!!

I contacted DrainMaster with a big problem. I have been getting clogs from roots in my sewer main for years and have rented machines and dealt with it on my own. This time the cable broke and I was left with a sewer snake stuck in my main. After calling around to various businesses, Charlie answered my call and was immediately helpful but not pushy at all. The team came out and ran the camera down to the snag and tried to free it with various methods for a couple hours. They gave me a very fair price for this and gave me a quote for the only solution, digging down and replacing pipe.The fact that they tried so hard to free the cable says a lot about them. Several of the businesses I called said they could do nothing but dig and replace the pipe. I hired them and they were on time, efficient, and professional. If I have issues in the future they will be the first call.

John was wonderful! Took the time to listen to my problem and helped trouble shoot what could be going on. He gave suggestions of what can be done if the drain backs up again. This is the second time (different issue) I've worked with John and he is always professional, courteous, and honest. Will definitely call ARS again if needed!

I called Muetzel to come out and give me a quote to install two new toilets and check a 15 yr old hot water tank. I suspected the tank was not operating properly and Muetzel confirmed that it would be better to replace it than repair. They said they could do the work in the next couple of weeks.

The property was vacant but due to a family medical emergency, I explained to Kyle, the technician, that I needed the work done as soon as possible. He went out to his truck and made calls to confirm that the items needed for the work were available, gave me a written quote and said they could do the job in four days. I really appreciate the concern they showed to get the job done for my family.

I had major work performed by Mr. Rooter recently. During this project I had the opportunity to experience the work of the plumbing and excavating division as the entire sanitary drain system from street to house was replaced, a new sump pump was installed, several shut off valves and fixtures were installed. Technicians on site multiple days. All team members were very respectful of yard and house while excavating and cutting through concrete floor for sewer line replacements, with as minimal disruptions to household as possible. Would highly recommend Mr. Rooter for any size plumbing job. Special shout out to Will and Joe who were on site start to finish.

Rick came out on short notice Friday afternoon and got our plumbing up to code so the city could inspect the line and install a new meter. When the city was unable to fix the issue (blocked pipe from construction they were doing) Rick came back out on Saturday and was able to repair the line and get our water running again.

We had a sewer backup on Christmas Day. They sent someone that evening who worked hard but couldn't clear the block. They came back the next day, even without their preferred equipment, which had broken, and worked and worked until they got it cleared. We had checked with other companies, who would not even attempt it because of the low temperatures. And then, they even helped clean up the mess. They deserve more than 5 stars!

I talked with Matt from Accurate yesterday. Since he doesn't have a jetter yet, he told me that cleaning out the drain might not get it all, and it would cost me more money if I'd have to get someone different to come jet it yet. I appreciate his honesty, and would not hesitate to use his services in the future.

I had Jacob and Mark out this morning to fix a leak I had with a water filter tank. He fixed the problem quickly, cleaned up the area and they even gave us a senior discount. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience and would not hesitate to use them again.

We hired Benjamin Franklin due to the pretty solid reviews on google. And while I'm pleased to have a new toilet successfully installed and an existing one repaired, I'm less than impressed with the care taken while in our home.

1st Issue:
We opened the garage for them to enter and exit while they worked. At some point they decided to use the front door to enter and exit, which we had not unlocked or suggested they use. This is because we just repainted the front steps two days prior, and we didn't want anyone stepping on them.

2nd Issue:
It being a rainy afternoon I would have also expected for protective coverings to be worn on their work boots... so that additional mud/debris/feces wasn't tracked into our home, and they weren't worn.

3rd Issue:
The toilet we purchased ahead of time was sealed as I unsealed it after they got here... the parts they told us were missing were inside the box, so at this point I'm not sure if the newly installed toilet even has everything it needs.

4th Issue:
As they were leaving we checked the toilet that was repaired and attempted to flush it. It was clogged and I had to ask them to come back inside as they were already leaving.

All in all this wasn't a great experience by any measure. The quality of service and attention to detail was just not there. It's highly unlikely we'd choose to use this plumbing company in the future. We just spent the last two hours scouring the inside of our home and the freshly painted front steps to remove the mud/debris/feces that was left in their wake... Not to mention that we were advised at the last minute that it would be up to us to rid ourselves of the old toilet now sitting in our garage.

They were great! Nice, fast, efficient, knowledgeable, & affordable. They charged me 1/3 of the price another company quoted for the same job! I will definitely use them again!

Satisfied customer! Second tub clog in two months so I decided to go with a different company. I Googled plumbing and called two companies. The guy at the first company told me We're working in Powell, OH the next couple of days so call some where else! Second guy said well we don't do a trip fee and we don't charge by the hour but charge by the job. And I can't tell you what the approx cost will be too clear a tub clog. Called Hesson and explained my issues with him. Asked Hesson if he's unable to schedule me in today then another day is fine. He was able to get me in the same day! After hanging up, it was nice to receive an auto-text with agreed time of appt. Later, I received another reminder text of appt. David Hesson arrived on time and went straight to work! He cleared tub clog and stopped kitchen sink leak. The cost was in line with other companies. He also is the first plumber to give me a solution to the issue of the clothes washer draining to floor drain . Water suds always backed out of the drain for years but recently water will not go down the floor drain. He found another floor drain in the basement that the washer should actually be draining into. That will be fixed at a later time but soon. I will also hire Hesson to replace the old galvanized stack plumbing with PVC. So far, I'm happy I found Hesson Plumbing!
