Call receptionist was very cordial and responded to our request via phone within 10 minutes of my call. This was an emergency issue on a Sunday evening. Within an hour the technician arrived. He was well spoken and very pleasant explaining what he would be doing and showing us up front what the expense was to be for the work. Within an hour of his arrival he had completed clearing the drain. Excellent service experience.

Our Service tech was fantastic. He new what he was doing and did it very promptly. We will call Waterworks again as needed.

Fritz Baumann Plumbers repaired a leaking pipe behind my washing machine and reconfigured piping under tub. Technician Blair was able to troubleshoot the problem areas quickly and solved my plumbing problems. Both plumbers were professional and very knowledgeable. So glad I contacted Fritz Baumann & Sons. Angel from Apex Plumbing was friendly and knowledgeable. Communication prior to appointment arrival time was great. Replaced shower cartridge and handle to stop shower-head from leaking. Happy with service. My only complaint is pricing I thought was a little high but they are completely upfront with pricing prior to starting job. They give you a written estimate prior to starting job. I haven’t needed a plumber in a number of years so this could be standard pricing. I’m just out of touch. They did offer a veterans discount.

I currently live in one of the absolute worst apartment complexes ever, where it’s nothing but a constant battle to have anything repaired by my apartment’s “maintenance” team.
For a month now my bathroom sink has been backing up and clogging, with absolutely no assistance from my rental agency.
I decided to outreach to a real professional in hopes it would resolve my issues. Brandin did just that and did an amazing job. He explained everything to me in great detail and made sure to provide me tips on how to prevent this from happening again until I’m able to move into a better home. Because of him, my husband and I’s stress levels have improved tremendously, and I am now able to brush my teeth and wash my hands in my bathroom sink again. Needed a century old water line replaced in a historic neighborhood. Tight working space in and around buildings and gardens did not make it easy. Robert put me at ease every step of the way, explaining as he went. Along with James they prepped the site for boring crew. Bob and Kyle from Sure Shot are the Mac daddies of boring. They landed within inches of their mark. Robert finished the job and I had water before dinner. They charged a fair price. They were efficient. They were professional. Riley came to finish the job and left the property just as they found it.

Recently had a main drain issue in my older home. After contacting 3 different plumber/drain cleaning companies, whose estimates were ridiculous, a neighbor recommended Chuck Ball, owner of CCG. Chuck came to my home....after hours on a Friday night and after working all day and assured me he would take care of the problem. He had to return to his shop for the water pressurized snake, needed to clear the drain properly. His professionalism, knowledge and caring efficiency was amazing. The actual clearing only took about 10 minutes, not the hours others had estimated it would take, including digging up my yard. The blockage was in my basement main drain U joint pipe, not my aeration system! Not only was I delighted with his attitude and work ethic, but with the more than reasonable cost. Can't give him enough kudos!! Hire this company!
