I was very very happy that the men showed up at my house on time,were very professional courteous did a great job, they unclogged my main drain line, they showed up even though it was on a day when we had emergency snow going on, I was very happy when they left, as we had been unable to use the toilet or any of the sinks or bathtub, it was a wonderful experience with the people who helped me I greatly appreciate them thank you thank you thank you!

Steve Baumann returned my initial Saturday phone call the same day and, after asking the relevant questions, arranged an appointment for first thing Monday morning. The crew (Jacob and Steve's son Brett) arrived as expected with everything they needed to complete the job. They were professional, competent, and polite. They took time to explain everything to me and clearly cared about the quality or their work and my experience. I was very pleased.

Apex was able to schedule me an appointment for the next morning for a clogged drain and other plumbing concerns. Holden and Tim were both on time and very courteous, such as putting on shoe covers. They listened to all of the issues and took the time to explain what the causes likely were and what the options were to repair. They were very knowledgeable and confident which made me feel like I was in good hands. We decided to proceed with snaking the sink drain and hold on some other more expensive less urgent repairs. But I really appreciated them and explaining what sort of costs I would be looking at for the future repairs and not pressuring me to fix it now. Holden was able to clear the clog even though our plumbing is a bit tricky. Thanks so much Holden!

He explained the situation and resolved the issues in a quick and efficient manner. We had a sewer backup on Christmas Day. They sent someone that evening who worked hard but couldn't clear the block. They came back the next day, even without their preferred equipment, which had broken, and worked and worked until they got it cleared. We had checked with other companies, who would not even attempt it because of the low temperatures. And then, they even helped clean up the mess. They deserve more than 5 stars!

I have a friend who was in need of a new water heater, but was going through some financial strain. I called Mike at Accurate Plumbing to see if he and his crew could give me a quote on a water heater so that I could help them out.
He sent someone out promptly to the house and was able to not only quote them a new water heater, but he found a larger, more efficient water heater, and did not try to oversell on a more expensive or tankless one. Accurate Plumbing had the best price out of three companies I contacted. The team installed the water heater the next day, and my friend was very pleased with the work. Mike also helped with the cost of the water heater, which was so kind and generous.
Even though I did not personally use this company, as this was for a friend, I will definitely use Accurate Plumbing in the future for any plumbing needs I have at my home.

Amazing amazing service...... Where do I start?? We had went through very frigid subzero temperatures and as we are use to we dripped our water..... I woke up at 7am Friday Feb 1 after traveling 26 days to hearing gushing water under my house...... Quickly shut everything off and went to search for local plumbers...... I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing because the reviews were great, the young lady that answered the phone told me she would have plumber call me.... Within a minute I received the call explained the situation and he advised and told me they would call to schedule me..... I called them to save the time and we set up for Monday at my request because we were single digits.....

I received a call back a couple hours later and they didn’t want us to go without so they squeezed us in for Saturday The Next Day!!!

Jeff was our amazing plumber that showed up to assess the situation and see if it was viable to fix that day. Having to make several trips to get the parts he had our water back on within a very short time and I cannot begin to say how quick, efficient, and thorough Jeff was!

This is the second time I used Hesson plumbing, they were professional and extremely efficient. I found a leak that wasn’t an emergency in my basement, but they still had it fixed within hours. I’ll never use another company.

Replumbed entire house for us. Trevor works efficiently, and in a timely manner. Always upbeat and positive, great overall attitude. Great communication, and calls if there are questions or things that haven't been discussed vs. doing what's easiest. Takes pride in his work, which is hard to find in this field. We had a new clothes washer installed because the old one had stopped working properly. We had a week's worth of dirty laundry, too since it took several days from ordering to delivery. When the installers hooked everything up, suddenly the faucets leaked when they had not before. I called MB Plumbing since they had installed a toilet for me a year ago and did so with great service. This time, they not only responded quickly, but also they had the same guy, Joe, come out the next moring and he he fixed things up within minutes. Love these guys. I would highly recommend.
