He was thorough, diligent and professional - and was able to find the source of the problem and repair it quickly, as unconventional as it was. The electric in our house went out on a Saturday. Everywhere we called, we couldn't schedule an appointment until Monday. PTI was the only local company who could place us with an electrician, day-of.

The electrician on call, Brian, made it to our house promptly, resolved the issue in less than 15 minutes, and asked a fair price for a weekend emergency service. We will be contacting PTI without hesitation for our future electrical needs.

Hands down Higher Power Electric is the absolute BEST electrical contractor in Columbus. They recently installed some can lighting and various other light fixtures in my kitchen and I am 100% satisfied. Pat was very helpful in helping me pick the lighting placement and gave me some really good suggestions in regards to lighting above my cabinets. I'll certainly call them back next time! You won't be disappointed!

I called for an electrical issue causing massive issues in my house. The woman I spoke to was empathetic and got someone scheduled as soon as possible. The electrician they sent out was Ed and was amazing from start to finish. He explained everything in detail, explained all of my options including financing and helped make the best decision for myself and my family. He even gave me recommendations for other issues I was having outside of the electrical. I'm forever grateful for their help and responsiveness. I recommend them to everyone!

Steven at Inspired Heating and Cooling fixed our central air during the peak of summer! He acted on the request within a few hours, while other companies didn't provide a response or appointment for days. Steven showed up exactly on time & had deep expertise in HVAC. I appreciated that he
explained every step of the process along the way of making the fix. Their pricing was also very transparent. We highly recommend them & will keep them in mind for all future HVAC repair/maintenance needs!

I had someone come out on 4/7 to give an estimate and was told it would be emailed to me. I called to follow up on 4/15 (left message because no one ever actually answers the phone there apparently). No one called back. Called again today and 4 hours later still no callback. I'm not sure I even want to give them my business if they do finally follow through on an estimate. Poor customer service.

Steve just finished working on part of our kitchen, and it was such a wonderful experience working with him. He was able to rearrange his schedule to help us meet a tight deadline, and was so friendly and professional. Even great with our big obnoxious dog. I highly recommend him!

Jesse came and installed cabinets in my kitchen. He was extremely experienced and left me with the professionally finished look that I was hoping for! I can’t recommend Hemminger enough for kitchen repairs!
