Best Water Heater Inspect in Columbus OH

If you are like me you are probably searching the review section of the comments before you choose who you will call. I promise you won’t regret calling plumbing & drain professionals. I had an issue with water damage and I needed to find the source and have the floors repaired.. Dan came out and replaced the flanges and installed new toilets. He also helped to educate me with what was going on. Then I got my floors replaced and he came back out and reset my toilets and make sure they were bolted down. Very professional and friendly!

Octavio from roto rooster was fantastic. He diagnosed the leak issue like an expert and provided great recommendations. If ever needed, I’d call him / his team again.

Used them to unclog the drain. Paid $350. The problem came back after two weeks. They showed up and try to sell me on replacing the sewer line and refused to run the snake thru the line again. I asked for my money back, they didn't refund it. I had file a claim with BBB. Don't use them.

Called me right away to schedule and came out same day. Fixed the problem in no time and at a reasonable price. Holden cleared my clogged drain very quickly and professionally. Highly recommend apex will definitely use them again when needed.

Plumber was nice and fixed the leaking pipe. The actual work they did was great. Issue is their cost. They charge more than double other quotes. Lesson learned for future issues

After calling my 'go-to' companies that were unavailable for days (and long conversations about the call center representative trying to understand the problem), I called DrainMaster and was greeted with an understanding of plumbing issues by the person who picked up the phone. They were fully booked, but understood the severity of the problem and were able to adjust some schedules to get Shane to the site immediately. Shane was professional and worked with us to understand the issue (shared condo pipe, which adds difficulty) and was able to assess and call in the right people and services from his team. The owner (Charlie) even got involved to make sure everything was going smoothly and I know that they had to change some people and their schedules around to solve our problem! (THANK YOU!) When I received the invoice, I was not shocked by any of the costs, as they were reasonable and explained to me proficiently. (The next day, I had a scheduled appointment at my house and one of the other major companies cost me the same amount for an appointment where they left without fixing anything.) I will be using DrainMaster in the future!

What began as a small repair, or so I thought, turned out to be a major project. My house is nearly 70 years old and still had almost all it's original plumbing except the hot water heater, which was 28 years old, if you can believe it. Now everything is new and under warranty. Since I have plans to sell my house in the next few years, I have a great deal of satisfaction knowing everything is new and will not give me any problems, and that I know I'm passing on a good home to whoever buys it.I think every single Mr. Rooter team member was in my home at some time during the week the repairs were being done. Each and every team member was polite and took time to make sure I understood what, and WHY these repairs were being done.I only have one negative comment to make. I am very time conscientious, and just really impatient. If you are thinking of doing business with Mr. Rooter, keep this in mind...they will be late (hours, not minutes), every day, but they will work their buts off once they get there.
