I rarely write reviews but wanted to make sure that I did in this case for Waibel and Chris my electrician especially. We had a bad experience with a contractor that left us in a bad spot without a working kitchen light. Chris spent two days testing and correcting mistakes made by the contractor in my house. He is beyond professional and very good at what he does. Kept me informed the entire time and was adamant that everything was correct before he completed the job. Great experience and they will be the only company I use from now on!

She helped me try to troubleshoot my electrical problem over the phone, and was very kind and knowledgeable. Lyle was amazing to work with and is the nicest person! He quickly identified the problems in my home and fixed them in a timely manner. He was exceptionally personable, genuine, thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained everything (in terms I could understand) and identified several other electrical issues in my home. Prices were extremely reasonable for the great service! Courteous and rapid response. The rates are a little bit higher than I would have like but it's worth it for the quality of service and knowing the job is done correctly. Their billing system is a little weird but once you understand it you can adjust the job to get the best value

I called Steven when my A/c Unit wasn’t turning on. It was 90 degrees that day so it was very urgent. He was there within two hours. He explained to me what he would be looking for and assured me it would be fixed in a timely manner. It took him about 15 minutes to trouble shoot my AC unit and my newly installed Nest system. He discovered it was a blown fuse and quickly replaced it. I know nothing about AC systems and Steven could have easily told me there was a major issue and charged me a lot of money to “fix” the problem. Instead he was honest. I really appreciate it and I would recommend his service to anyone. That’s God for people like Steven who do honest work!!!!!

I had a HVAC contractor quote an entire replacement of both the air handler and heat pump condensing unit. When I asked Carpenter H&C for an estimate, they suggested that the air handler didn't need to be replaced since it was less than 3 years old and was rated for R-410a. I went with Carpenter's quote which was about 45% lower than the first quote I received which seemed an overkill of a job, and now I have a functioning heat pump. They seem to live up to their address (Integrity Drive). Great service and I'll consider them in the future again for sure.

Steve just finished working on part of our kitchen, and it was such a wonderful experience working with him. He was able to rearrange his schedule to help us meet a tight deadline, and was so friendly and professional. Even great with our big obnoxious dog. I highly recommend him!

The lady from this company showed up 3 hours late and cussed me out over the phone because I cancelled. Based on first impression, this company is not reliable. Be careful.
