Had downspout drains rooted, were told that they were “cleared”, next day had the pipes scoped and they could not get the scope but one foot in the pipes then recommended thousands upon thousands of dollars in fixes. Had to pay full price for services that weren’t even completed. Tried calling and speaking with managers, left messages without any response. Poor communication, zero empathy towards customers and no desire to make things right. Will never use again. Don’t use.

Waterworks came to offer an evaluation following a clogged outside drain that led to water in my basement. Dave did a thorough check of everything and did a great job of explaining options i had going forward!

I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any of my plumbing needs. Experienced and honest company. They came recommended to me and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has a need for a good plumbing company.

I had an issue on Friday afternoon where I really didn’t want to wait til Monday. I called Apex around 12:45. They said they could be there that afternoon. They called 30 minutes before arrival. Justin was on time and very pleasant. He explained everything to me and the cost. He was done quickly and fixed the issue.

We use this company for all of our plumbing jobs. They are extremely dependable and are professional every time. We enjoy using a company that you can depend on time after time.

Previous experience were good. Most recent however could not get anyone to show up. After 24hrs of being told We'll have someone there in a couple hours called another company. That company was _done_ in a few hours.

Called 2 times said they would be here between 3 and 5 no show couldn't give a time simple water line to fridge 30 minute job could not show up. We called and scheduled. Been waiting for 2 days.

After coming home from work I discovered my upstairs bathroom leaking and pouring out of my ceiling. As I panicked and cried, my insurance told me to contact a plumber. I used google and randomly selected a number out of desperation. Dale called me quick and was at my house faster than I expected. He immediately identified the problem, and then repaired it. Absolutely the easiest call and service I've ever had.
Their number is saved in my phone now because I don't need to take a gamble on any other plumber.

I spoke with them as they closed yesterday and they came first thing this morning. I'd had faulty work done by a friend and instead of blaming me for it, they were extra kind. They fixed everything and were nicer than I could have expected. I highly recommend this place.

Will hire again! Really great customer service experience. I hired Ben Franklin to rough in two half baths in my duplex and they did great work. They worked around my scheduled and let me know exactly what they were doing each step of the way. Cleaned up afterwards as well.
