Very happy with our experience with Apex. Lance visited to give us estimates on options for replacing our dying water heater, and the quality of that visit made it an easy choice to go with Apex for the work. Lance was great about communicating what he was doing during the job itself, what we should expect from our new hybrid water heater, and the work seems done well. Awesome service! Another company came in to clear a sewer blockage. It took 2 days, and the quote was over $5k. Drainmaster had it clear in 10 minutes, and for a fraction of the price. Very highly recommended!

These guys came out after 10pm to deal with our situation and were so nice. Will was a great guy and did a wonderful job and he walked us through everything. The only complaint I have is the price. They charge the most outrageous prices for things, twice as much as others.

Bad business. paid them to unclog main line, they broke it. they still charged is and gave estimate to repair their damage, we agreed and set appointment, they never showed and will not answer phone. We're out the money and still have a damaged line. Contacted the prosecutor's office and they said someone else had filed suit against this person the day before and ours will be held until the other case gets moving. I do not recommend!

The guys at Sterling's Plumbing are the best to be had. Sometimes they don't show up exactly when they say they will, but scheduling is difficult because they don't know how much trouble they will run into, but overall, they arrive when they say they will and their work, which is the important part is always A+

Getting the problem resolved took a number of trips over the course of several weeks. MIke and his team went above and beyond in handling my issue fairly, competently and effectively. I have used Accurate Plumbing many times over the years and this experience more than validates why I keep going back to them.
