Tommy was great. He immediately recognized the problem and identified a solution. He went to work and had everything fixed quickly. We even had him do a second job on a leaky valve, just because of his expertise. RR is exorbitantly expensive, but water is unforgiving. You get what you pay for with plumbing.

Replaced entire kitchen drain system. The office person was extremely nice and tried to work me in same day but my fault. They did show at appointed time and took time to explain and fix issue at same time. Have me a receipt for every part used and time was accurate.. they are now my go to folks

Our technician Celio was awesome I needed a main drain clean out, but I also had another problem that I thought would be impossible to fix. He handled it like a Pro and got the job done! I was really impressed! I also like how ARS would text me and call me to keep me informed to when my technician would arrive. Thank you Celio you’re an asset to the company!!

Came out within 20 minutes of me calling even at 8:30 at night. Friendly tech and was quick to make the repair. The supervisor ended up randomly showing up and scoped the sewer line for me for free. He set me up with a quote on the section I needed and gave me information on financing. Was not cheap but compared to other plumbing service calls I have had, I thought the price was very fair.

Matt met me with a very professional attitude and explained exactly what needed to be done, as well as explaining while he worked. He was far less than the other company that tried to price gouge me into more expensive repairs.

I felt he was honest and did not have any hidden costs.

I talked with Matt from Accurate yesterday. Since he doesn't have a jetter yet, he told me that cleaning out the drain might not get it all, and it would cost me more money if I'd have to get someone different to come jet it yet. I appreciate his honesty, and would not hesitate to use his services in the future.

They came to install a water line to my ice maker, had problems with it sealing. But they did everything until it worked
