the work that was done was fine, and such- the price is a joke, Shop local- don't go with big corporate plumbers. Here is the itemized break down of my services. $5,695.00Equipment-$560.00Permit-$255.00Overhead-$ 792.50Parts and labor $4,087.50hire local, as you can see they brought the best equipment, a $300.00 shovel and dewalt drill! ( sarcasm ) here is the end result a 5,000 clean out installed. where most other local plumbers will do it for $1,000.00 Just shop around , Roto rooter vicimized me in my situation. dont do what i did . call local plumbersas you can see they reached out and tried to fix it by taking $1,000.00 off- which makes it only a $4,965.00 plastic pipe with less than 2 hours of labor- and 100$ in parts. SHOP LOCAL! these guys dont care about people , just a check.

I was personally referred to Fritz Baumann & Sons, Inc. and was very pleased with prompt scheduling by Steve. The tech Tim was masked, polite and professional. He diagnosed two issues, made repairs to one and let me know what city dept. to contact re the other. He also installed new under-sink shut offs and a new faucet in the kitchen and replaced a bathroom vanity and sink. All in one day! Will definitely refer and use them again!

Todd was very direct with the work that needed completed; sewer reconstruction and exterior clean out installation to prevent further issues since I had a clearly ruptured sewer pipe. There were a couple surprises during the work but the crew handled them well and completed the work in a timely manner. Troubleshooting was done and further work was required but again it was handled. The crew leads Tim and Chase were professional and cared about what would work best to fix my issues. Overall good experience, would call again but hope I won’t have to.

I thought I left this review before but don’t see it. I paid $950 to have a hot water tank installed and a couple days later discovered my AC wasn’t working because the plumber had literally moved my furnace resulting in all the ducts coming loose. I then had to pay someone $350 to fix my furnace ducts. I called Drainmaster immediately and was told space too tight for installer so he had to move furnace although this is at least 3rd time I’ve replaced tank with no previous issues. I asked that they refund at least the $359extra that they cost me and was told they would present to office and get back to me. It’s been almost a year and I never got a call back. Will never use again and don’t recommend anyone else use then either….would rate 0 if I could

Fast, courteous, and clean service. He even worked on my toilet with lead plumbing, even after another plumber refused to work on it. Reasonable price for the work.

Our hot water heater installation required some upgrades to meet current code and he did an excellent job explaining what was needed and why. the installation was completed efficiently and neatly. Buyer BEWARE. These guys are bad news. Got their jetter stuck in the sewer main out on city of Columbus property. It happens I get it and I offered to pay to have it dug up. The owner continued to delay delay delay. Had to hire another company come dig up the majority of it while the owner of a sterling comitted to removing the rest of it. Over a year later now, part of its still in the city main ready to disrupt plumbing flow for an entire cit block. Unprofessional….recommend extreme caution with these guys!

I have a friend who was in need of a new water heater, but was going through some financial strain. I called Mike at Accurate Plumbing to see if he and his crew could give me a quote on a water heater so that I could help them out.
He sent someone out promptly to the house and was able to not only quote them a new water heater, but he found a larger, more efficient water heater, and did not try to oversell on a more expensive or tankless one. Accurate Plumbing had the best price out of three companies I contacted. The team installed the water heater the next day, and my friend was very pleased with the work. Mike also helped with the cost of the water heater, which was so kind and generous.
Even though I did not personally use this company, as this was for a friend, I will definitely use Accurate Plumbing in the future for any plumbing needs I have at my home.

We had a Slow bathtub drain and Plumbing One sent Jesse to our house today. He was Great, he tried his best to unblock our VERY OLD drain and did improve the flow very well. Jesse also explained the Problem with old drains and made An Excellent suggestion for us to consider. We will be calling Plumbing One back next week to follow through on his suggestion. We were very, very satisfied with Jesse and how well he explained our problem. Excellent service and Jessie cleaned up after himself which was Very Nice.

Very unprofessional, hard to get solid answers from, and even harder to get a hold of. They did the work 3-4 months ago, but when it came time for the plumbing work on the gas line to be inspected the inspector would not approve it since the work had been done under wrong kind of permit. Only found out this was the problem a few weeks ago from the plumbers too. Since then they will not call back, or respond to emails and still have not applied for the correct permit. I do not recommend them. Now we have to find a new plumber and hopefully they'll work on someone else's work or else we'll have to have all the work re done. It's been an awful experience.

Very professional, quick work. They did the procedure 2x, after listening to water drain/not liking how it sounded. I also got a 10% discount.

Will unfortunately never use again! Had a drain back up and they came and unblocked (so we thought) on Friday. I went out of town Sat-Tues & upon returning the blockage was back again. They came out again and went thru the main drain this time and charged us Again! We were charged twice for a job that should have been fixed the first time only 5 days prior!! While blowing out the pipes they backed up a drain in another room. They put down paper towels and never cleaned them up. They just left them on the floor. They left a mess in my basement along with dirty water up and down my stairs. The crew that came out worked hard and were nice, but they should clean up after themselves.
