They came out in a timely manner and assessed our problem and referred us to septic company.

I asked WW to install a single simple 3/4” shut-off valve on an exposed and fully accessible waterline in my basement utility room. I sent them photos of the area and pipe before they arrived to do the work. The valve was to be installed 4’-0” off the floor. No ladder needed. It took the technician and an apprentice (why two people were needed is beyond any reason) a full 15 minutes from the time they arrived until they departed my home. They had the audacity to charge me a 1-hour minimum charge of $232 for that little bit of work. Said that was their policy. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I recommend you use Staats Plumbing for any work as they are much more professional and reasonable with their pricing.

Dave, plumber from Apex Pros , was awesome! He replaced my macerator in my upflush toilet in my basement. Very respectful, helpful, wore covers on his shoes. I felt like he was honestly concerned about getting the job done correctly. He spoke very highly about the company. He has worked there 5 years. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone. Nick Young did a great job for me with all he had to deal with. His helper didn't show the second day and got fired because of it and the electric at the house went out for 3 1/2 hours making it very hard to work on my basement. I'm very happy with the new sump pump and I'm sure it will do a great job in keeping my basement dryer.Great job Nick

Lisa was great at taking my calls and hearing what the issues were and following up. Aaron came out and worked on the issues and did a great job. He was friendly, thorough, did a nice job explaining what he was doing and also made future recommendations. He thought outside the box on how to problem solve the 2nd issue and provided estimates on the options. He ultimately was able to help solve the issue without needing to go to plan B. I appreciated him letting me know what the options and estimates were even though we didn't end up needing it. Great customer service from start to finish!

In my opinion, any place that leaves you setting all day for an appointment that they scheduled with you is unprofessional. Damaging pipes and still charging without fixing them is even worse. But offering to pay him to fix the pipe he broke, and he still doesn't show, well, I'll let the public decide. It's my opinion that the customer should beware. One reviewer stated they lost their home over this company!

Main drain had a brick in access point of drain. Plumber left & got a large crow-bar and was able to pry it out! Man went the extra mile and got the job done! My husband and I were very happy that our con Crete basement floor didn't have to be broke up!!! He snaked both drains, to ensure the drains were both clear and cleaned. Reasonable price $160. Great service. Our sales/technician Nicole fantastic. She was friendly and knowledgeable. It was easy to schedule a quote and install. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, and provided an overview of what they did. Great pricing on top of it all. They guarantee their work and were quick to respond when we sprung a leak from a faulty pipe. My one recommendation would be to further educate the on-call company to provide better communication and updates. I did have to reach out a few times to get updates. I will be reaching out in the future for any additional HCPE needs.

Our plumber showed up on time like they said they would. He was very friendly and told what was going with our tankless water heater. He had in up and going in a little over an hour. Didn't break the bank like other plumbers wanted to charge us.

This company was recommended to us and I really wanted to have a positive experience. Unfortunately after two attempts I have to say I do not recommend their services. First they installed a water heater that began leaking at the top three months later. I was told they only cover their work for 30 days and was required to pay a significant fee for the repair. Secondly they came out to fix what I thought was a broken toilet. They told us it was the drain and they “cleared” it. They then left iams the toilet was completely the same (would not drain). They returned the second time and then decided that we actually need a new toilet. $125 later nothing was fixed and they did not offer an estimate to replace the toilet or inform us of our options. We were just left without a toilet. When I called to discuss this the woman on the other end of the phone was not helpful and quite rude. Eventually she assured me I would receive a call back to explain what the next step should be in the repair job but I never received a call. I am disappointed to say I will Not be using their services again.
