Best Sump Pump Repair in Columbus OH

I have been using this company for all my drain needs, I have a maintenance crew and when they tell me they can't clear it or stop it from leaking I know I can trust them to give me a fair price. The only call I ever get from them is job is completed. Great bunch of guys doing what they're great at.

We called Roto-Rooter on a Tuesday morning at 7 am and they were at my house an hour later. It does help that we did live nearby their shop. Very professional. Our first plumber got a water restoration person out very quickly to assess water damage we had from a leaking toilet. We really appreciated all their work and how quickly and efficiently they were able to get us back in our home after taking care of the damage. I highly recommend their services!

I'm opening up a nail salon and it's been hard finding a licensed plumber that deals pedicure chairs and making time. When I called the waterworks the receptionist was polite and answered all of my questions. The plumber was available immediately and came out to quote me for free. They got the work I needed done within a few hour, same day. The price was very reasonable. Ryan and the 2 other plumbers that assisted him were OUTSTANDING! The company also has plumbers that work 2nd shift which really worked out for me because I don't get off work until 6:30. I will definitely be using the waterworks plumbers when needed.

Anthony was very helpful and did a great job. He talked us through multiple projects and created quotes for us in addition to fixing the toilets. He took his time in answering our questions and was very thorough. The kids also loved the little bears he gave them!

They came very promptly, worked super quickly and the gentleman was extremely friendly. He had been here years before and mentioned that he remembered us. While I hate having to use their service, I always wish I would have called them sooner.

Today we had Martin and Domiyc (who isn't currently on the review site list to select his name, come on guys) from Mr. Rooter come to our residence to give us an estimate on a job. We had waste water and sewage backing up through a drain in out house. They weren't the cheapest estimate for the job, but they were definitely the best choice. They explained my options to me in detail, answered all my questions, even walked me out to the truck and showed me the equipment and explained how each worked and how the choices would work for our situation. This was all before I made the decision to use their services.Our issue turned out to be much greater than we expected going in, but these gentlemen helped us as much as they possibly could with clearing everything out. We found out that we have a huge repair job ahead of us replacing part of our sewer line. We couldn't start that job today, but they got our sewer line running again for the price they quoted us at the beginning.These men are my heroes today.Thank you Martin and Dominyc.

My wife and I just bought a new house and decided to update the entire HVAC system as well as our water heater. I heard about Quality Drain Solutions through a friend and I'm sure glad I decided to call them. I've never seen a team work so hard--and fast!! Over 2 short days, they had all 3 new units installed and operational AND they removed every single thing from all of the old stuff. I also had them install a new thermostat to make it easier to adjust the temperature. I was thoroughly impressed with both the quality of work and the attitude of the workers. They encouraged me to ask questions and they stayed around to make sure that I was comfortable with operating each system by myself. On top of that, their prices were great! If you're clueless about HVAC (like me) and need to hire a crew that you can fully trust, I would highly recommend these guys. 10/10!!

Plumbing One was able to come out rapidly to diagnose the source of my leak. When I realized that the problem was something that I could fix myself, they only charged me a nominal amount for the service call. Their expertise and clear explanation saved me hundreds of dollars (not to mention equipping me with the knowledge I needed to fix the problem). I would highly recommend them.

Used BF plumbing to have a new water heater installed in my home. The scheduled time was a helpfully small window (2-4), they showed up early, were friendly, and worked pretty quickly. Cleaned up everything before they left and the quote that I got when I initially called was the exact price I was charged.

The only thing I will note is that when I called for the initial quote and when I called to schedule, I confirmed both times that the brand I would receive would be Rheem. They installed a Bradford White instead without notifying me of any changes. Not really a big deal but something to keep in mind for those who might have a strong preference for brand.

Would recommend/use again

I didn’t use Hesson Plumbing since I figured out my sump pump was actually working and my downspouts were not clogged. However, I want to give 5 stars for how responsive and kind the owner was. He responded to my email in probably less than 2 minutes to set up an appointment. Once I emailed him back to let him know I fixed the issue and that we could cancel the appointment, he was respectful and was glad nothing was wrong. If I have anything come up in the future, I’ll definitely give Hesson Plumbing a call!

I have used this company on more than one occasion. The last job that they did for me was a big one. They clearly met my expectations and completed the job to my satisfaction. I recommend them highly and will use them again myself.
