James was professional, knowledgable, and respectful. He came out the day I called. He diagnosed our problems quickly and made the repairs to one outlet and two light fixtures just as quick. He explained everything clearly at my level. He was also very kind to my elderly dad who followed him around relentlessly. Great value as well. I will definitely call Mr. Electric for my next electrical installations or repairs.

We have an old house that had a problem with the wiring. We called KMA and they came out the next day. The technician, Brody did a great job of finding the problem. There were a couple other issues that came up once he got started. But Brody was good about keeping us informed of the issues and what he was going to do to solve it. We were very pleased with the final work!

I called My Electric Works in hopes of getting same day service to install a new 50 Amp breaker, run 6/3 wire, and install a 4-prong receptacle for a new electric range that had just been delivered. Austin arrived within an hour and efficiently took care of the rather complicated job due to my quirky old house with crawlspace access needed for some of the work. He put shoe covers on while in the house. He pointed out some corrosion in one of the panel boxes that would need attention soon. Now, this project was pricey, but due to the complexity and the ability to get same day service I cannot complain. I will certainly ask for Austin for future jobs and recommend him and My Electric Works.

Our story will echo most of the other reviews here. Excellent people and service. We originally contacted a very advertised HVAC company when our furnace stopped blowing warm air. Their tech looked at the furnace for 15 minutes and told us it would cost nearly $5000 to repair - so we might as well buy a new one. Carpenter's techs Derek and Greg worked on it for 2 hours and it runs perfectly now. There was no need to buy a new one. If you want honest, hard-working people to help - then look no further than Carpenter.

Columbus Handyman did the majority of our renovation and it turned out wonderfully. We received all new floors, a custom trap door (quite a challenging request), all new cabinets with pulls, counters, and countless other odds and ends. This was all done for a very reasonable price.

Mike was our dedicated guy who we were fortunate enough to have getting things done. He knows his stuff and does QUALITY work! On top of that, he's a super nice and trustworthy guy (left him with my dog day after day and they became great friends).

I signed the contract for a whole house backup generator on August 16, 2022. Every step of the process was more difficult than it needed to be. I had to call for updates as almost nothing was ever communicated to me. I had to pester them to schedule things. After much legwork on my part, the generator was finally installed in late February. As of this writing (May 25, 2023), my generator still does not work, even though it's been paid in full. The techs tested it, but every time we have an actual power outage, it does absolutely nothing. I work from home and the main idea behind getting the generator is that it would protect me from the occasional power outages that happen in the country. So, instead of actually being able to do my job, I have to call to have someone come out and that normally ends with promises that they will come back and fix it later because they cannot correct whatever is wrong with the generator this time. And then burn vacation time because I am physically incapable of doing my work. To say I am frustrated and disappointed is a massive understatement.
