The guys at Sterling's Plumbing are the best to be had. Sometimes they don't show up exactly when they say they will, but scheduling is difficult because they don't know how much trouble they will run into, but overall, they arrive when they say they will and their work, which is the important part is always A+

Cliff Fraley is friendly, professional, and reasonable. He does a great job of letting you know when he will arrive and is always on time. This time he helped us with installing a garbage disposal and replacement of sink drains. In the past he installed new toilets, the sump pump, and cleaning drains both inside and outside. He educates us on the areas he works on so that we can maintain our home better. We have referred him to our neighbors and friends, and everyone is pleased with his work.

Our experience was wonderful. We had a clog in our drain line which then caused a crack down the line. He explained the issue and mentioned what needed done to get our kitchen usable (about an hour). Then he went on to explain the two separate concerns that I could do myself. He was willing to quote me if I wanted him to do the work, but there was no pressure there if I wanted to then do it myself.

All in all there were three separate areas of concern and we had him address two of them. He completed the work in under two hours and went on his way. Great guy to work with and very satisfied customer.

I had a great experience. They unclogged our sewer drain pipe in a short time at a reasonable price.

Plumber came out and advised he would have to tear down my wall just to install a new shower handle. To make things worse I wasn’t told there was a $79 charge for just showing up. Now I’m not a plumber but I do know that people replace shower handles without having to tear down the shower walls. Be careful with this crooked company !!
