Best Shower Installation in Columbus OH

This is a wonderful company. They have come out three different times for multiple different issues (icemaker line leaking, pressure tank leaking, upstairs water leak, install new water heater) and have done a great job each time. They were able to come out very quickly compared to other companies and their prices were more than fair. The plumber, Chad, was wonderful too. He was the best representative for the company that he could have been. I have had no issues with anything that they touched. I would recommend them a hundred times over to anyone.

He could tell I was stressed and overwhelmed so he took time to say some very kind words of encouragement. He was fast, efficient, friendly and kind. I believe his name was Shawn and he deserves a raise!!! He brightened my morning that had started out unexpectedly with a disaster and backup in my basement! I will request him again should I ever need their services. Thank you!

I just had a great experience with The Waterworks. In particular, Adam, a technician of the company, was knowledgeable and responsible. He is an honest person who really cares about customers' well-being. I had an impression that Adam is definitely not a type of a person who is solely driven by pecuniary goals. Thanks, Adam, for all your help!

I was personally referred to Fritz Baumann & Sons, Inc. and was very pleased with prompt scheduling by Steve. The tech Tim was masked, polite and professional. He diagnosed two issues, made repairs to one and let me know what city dept. to contact re the other. He also installed new under-sink shut offs and a new faucet in the kitchen and replaced a bathroom vanity and sink. All in one day! Will definitely refer and use them again!

Nathan was professional and friendly and when entering our home he immediately placed on his shoe coverings. Nathan explained all potential issues and the costs associated before performing the work. I would have given five stars, but because the company had me scheduled for the previous day, and never showed even after they called to let me know they were still coming. We sat around all day on our day off for nothing to finally receive a call at 8:30 PM that they were not coming and there was no courtesy discount offered for the inconvenience.

Terrible experience. Booked services to have a bathtub clog cleared and to put the tub hardware back on (i.e. the drain cover). The techs that showed up were told it was an issue in the kitchen, not the bathroom. They spent 15 minutes on the tub but did not put any of the hardware back on because they were not told that was needed and didn't have the tools and it wasn't included in the price despite the fact they would have had to remove the hardware to unclog the tub if I hadn't already done it prior to their arrival. I was finally able to find the time to put it back together and used the shower for the first time and it is now leaking into the floor below, which never happened prior to service, so I'm unclear if they caused more damage until I can pay to have another company provide an assessment and estimate for replacement.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Alex Bunders. I was in a pinch and he helped me out. Professional and fast. Highly recommended. If anything happens Alex is my first call!

Keenan arrived less than an hour after I called to request service. He came to unclog by kitchen sink. He was very polite and friendly, making sure to put on shoe covers before entering the house. He had to snake the drain several times but kept at it until it was clear. Everything is working perfectly now. I am very pleased with the service !

The entire experience with THE SERVICE PEOPLE, LLC was fantastic from start to completion of the job. Matt was very responsive with the scheduling and Kyle the technician explained and completed the job to perfection. In a world where service calls aren't always the best experience, THE SERVICE PEOPLE, LLC were exceptional!

This is kind of embarrassing, but these fellows were sent out to fix a problem that had been in the making for a month. They were able to fix the problem in 2 minutes. You see, all they did was turn the water on. Genius!!!! I love these guys........

Buyer BEWARE. These guys are bad news. Got their jetter stuck in the sewer main out on city of Columbus property. It happens I get it and I offered to pay to have it dug up. The owner continued to delay delay delay. Had to hire another company come dig up the majority of it while the owner of a sterling comitted to removing the rest of it. Over a year later now, part of its still in the city main ready to disrupt plumbing flow for an entire cit block. Unprofessional….recommend extreme caution with these guys!

Tom and D.J. from Plumbing One LLC installed 2 new toilets and removed the old ones. Their work was done very efficiently and professionally. I did not have to worry about a thing! They picked up the new toilets at the hardware store for me as well. The new toilets were installed perfectly and I am pleased with the result.
I have used Plumbing One in the past, and have always found their plumbers to be knowledgeable and experts in their trade, as were Tom and D.J. They work really hard to please the customer. Alicia and Donna at the office are very helpful in scheduling and coordinating the work. I definitely plan to use Plumbing One LLC for future plumbing needs in my Canal Winchester home.

I have now found my plumber! Tim came & fixed my garbage disposal & clogged sink. They were able to get me in the same day, and were at my home less than half an hour. Tim was very informative and helpful. I didn't feel like I was being sold or scared into buying anything additional. I will definitely use them again, and recommend to friends.
