Plumber was friendly and efficient

I had a water softner installed that I supplied. I was charged $600 for two hours labor. I wanted to refuse the service but I needed this done. Why is your labor cost so high? Is that what your plumbers charge everyone for all service? I live in Lancaster ohio, I called Roto Rooter in Lancaster to make appointment. It occured to me after the plumber left that he works out of columbus. Why did that happen? Is that why I was charged so much?

Arthur the plumber was very responsive, helpful, pleasant, and educated me on how to change my sump pump. He took his shoes off in the house without me asking as well. Overall excellent experience.

I recently worked with Fritz Baumann & Sons to have my hot water tank and my main water line replaced. I can't recommend their company enough! From when Steve came out to provide an estimate for both projects to completion, they were great. During the estimate, Steve walked through everything that would be done and the process. He answered any questions I had and I felt comfortable all the work they would be doing. They also had fair prices, and were more competitive than with another company I had out.

The hot water tank replacement went seamlessly. The workers showed up on time and called before they were heading out. They were friendly. The water line replacement was more challenging, but their workers handled it well and kept me updated throughout the process. Long story short, the city's water line had some damage, so the plumbers completed their work, but were unable to hook up my line to the city's. Then it was left up to the city to repair their line. Steve called the city on my behalf and pressured them to fix their line as I had no water. He provided me with contact information for the city, as well. The city came out quickly to repair their line. I have an old house and the water line was original to the house. After upgrading the line, the water pressure I have is AMAZING. Pleased with all their work!

Can’t say enough about this crew and company as a whole. Very professional job. I’m not one to please very easy and I would recommend Apex to anyone. Couldn’t ask for more!

On a Saturday morning my sister had a break in the pipe from the water main into the house so shutting off the main water valve in the house did nothing. The fire dept had to be called to shut off the water, and then roto rooter was called to make the repair and begin drying out the house. Thankfully she was home at the time and neighbors ran down with a shop vac to clean up water while waiting for the fire dept. Repair was made in a timely fashion and the initial damage assessment was made the same day. Fans and dehumidifiers were put in place the next day (all this over Memorial Day weekend) and readings taken daily until able to be removed on Thur. The quick action meant that needed repairs in the 9 mo old house are minimal thankfully. All the roto rooter employees we dealt with were extremely nice, professional and knowledgeable.

I was calling this company for fixing my water leak… they coming fixed charge me 2500$ .. but after 10 months leaking again at same place .. I called they send me someone and he fell us .. we can fixed again for 7200$ when I ask about warranty for the job they did last year.. it’s someone else’s do the job for u not me .. same company but different person ..that’s funny thing .. I call another company coming fixed my problem a professional way for 5100$ .. I recognize u guys never use this rescule rotors for fixing ur water leak or anything else

We were told we had a 'bellied line'. We had never heard of this, so we called several companies for second opinions and to compare quotes. Mr. Rooter best described the issue (showed us on camera). Josh did a great job explaining the scope of the work and we chose Mr. Rooter as a result of his professionalism and Mr. Rooter's guarantee. The company sent a technician named Will Huffman. I cant speak highly enough of how Will represented his brand. His professionalism, his workmanship and the care he took to protect the areas of our home that he came in contact with were recognized and appreciate! During the noisy parts of his work or doing the brief times the facilities were down, Will gave us plenty of notice to ensure we were prepared and comfortable. At the end of the project, the area was left impeccable! It was a costly repair, however the financing options were helpful. I am very satisfied with the work done on my home! I HIGHLY recommend this company. Thank you Will as result of your work, Mr. Rooter is my families Plumbing Company!!!

Used my Home warranty’s of America to open a claim fist company that the sent over was a complete waste of time and hassle requests a new company and flawlessly The Service People with out questions took on my claim they Happily sent Matt over to fix my drain lines from the kitchen and bath very amazing company excellent staff and customer service

Buyer BEWARE. These guys are bad news. Got their jetter stuck in the sewer main out on city of Columbus property. It happens I get it and I offered to pay to have it dug up. The owner continued to delay delay delay. Had to hire another company come dig up the majority of it while the owner of a sterling comitted to removing the rest of it. Over a year later now, part of its still in the city main ready to disrupt plumbing flow for an entire cit block. Unprofessional….recommend extreme caution with these guys!
