Great local plumber, I've used them commercially and residentially, five stars for both!

After going through other company's who failed to show up after waiting for the whole day, Roto- Rooter company came through after contacting them and they had to send a staff within 30 minutes. Brandin is the best. He came on time and was very professional. He fixed our kitchen sink within a few minutes. We were able to usa a $70 coupon.

The Waterworks company came today to take care of some problem downspouts surrounding our home. Their technician, Dave, was professional and determined to get our lines clear. He worked hard to cable and clear out the spouts. He also provided great information and recommendations as to our options for areas with large tree roots. We were extremely happy with the work and grateful for his wealth of plumbing knowledge. If you ever find yourself in need of honest and thorough work, look no further than The Waterworks. The plumber that came to do the work was Adam Wallace he was very nice and courteous he answered all the questions I had about installing my new electric water heater. I was very happy with the service I received.

Dave was professional and determined to identify the root cause of our problem. I trust his service and expertise.

Have used them twice now. Both times they have been fast to respond and the problem was resolved.

Drain clog was cleared. Technician arrived in the time window provided by the scheduler. He was polite and made an effort to limit the mess associated with work performed.

I have been a customer of Accurate Plumbing for over 10 years. Each time I move to a new house I keep them as my plumber. They have always been great to work with. I have called them numerous times in a panic. Every time they have replaced or repaired the faulty item. They have replaced my faucets, hot water tanks and toilets. They are a very honest company!! They also employ the best plumber in town, Mike. Mike is do knowledgeable that other plumbers ask his opinion. You definitely can’t go wrong using Accurate Plumbing.

Professional, efficient, already recommended

Around the end of Dec. I contacted Cantrell for a diagnostic after noticing water on the floor where the hot water heater is located (they did the replacement I recalled the diagnostic trip charge was about $80).The tech stated he was in the immediate vicinity.Upon his arrival the first thing that struck me as unprofessional was that he glanced at my shoes on the landing,my bare feet, and continued up the white stairs and across my hard wood floors in his muddy boots.He turned off the main water, placed his finger in the drip pan and stated it couldn't be the water heater because the water in the pan was cold. He asked me to plug the kitchen sink, fill it with water, and then unplug. We were about 5 feet from each other and when I unplugged the sink I noticed the water begin to rise in a tube in the laundry room.He suggested I remove the water from the drip pan with a towel and bucket.I placed a liner in the trash and he removed the liner stating in a sarcastic tone doesn't it make sense? (to remove the liner). He wrapped up by stating it would cost $140 to snake (plus the trip charge fee), to call in the am, and left, all within 15 minutes tops.I resolved with drano.On 1/18 I received an invoice for $265.At 4:43pm I called the office and spoke with an Eleanor who stated that can't be right....we charge $70 for the trip charge and $68/hr for services. She said the trip charge could sometimes double on weekends..understandable but still didn't add up($140, $208 tops).She asked for the initials on the description, I told her TR, she responded oh, the owner I will have to call you back on Monday. No return call but I received a duplicate bill with $265 highlighted in bold.I contacted several plumbers and their response was a $265 15 min diagnostic trip charge was far from standard, even excessive. Inconsistent pay practices? Beware
