We had a couple of guys come out this past Monday I wish I could remember their names but I'm an old guy now, I wanted them to install this washer box with hammer arrestors in a difficult piping situation so they took it on, did a beautiful looking pipe routing but the valves on the box were bad resulting in a dreaching for the tech, after a change of clothes(pro tip) and some good humor, which I appreciated, he put in some nice valves he had in the truck. He also told me about hammer arrestors that attached to valves so I got some of those and put them on the back of the washer. All of this resulted in a very solid solution to the problem I was having. I appreciate those guys whose names I should be able to recall being professional and human. Will use again and recommend. I currently live in one of the absolute worst apartment complexes ever, where it’s nothing but a constant battle to have anything repaired by my apartment’s “maintenance” team.
For a month now my bathroom sink has been backing up and clogging, with absolutely no assistance from my rental agency.
I decided to outreach to a real professional in hopes it would resolve my issues. Brandin did just that and did an amazing job. He explained everything to me in great detail and made sure to provide me tips on how to prevent this from happening again until I’m able to move into a better home. Meutzel Plumbing employs competent plumbers who took care of our plumbing needs for years, but not anymore.

We called Meutzel for an estimate on installing exterior pipes to drain the water from our downspouts to the street. They sent over a fellow who walked around the property awhile, then said we needed to schedule an appointment with Meutzel’s estimator, Mike Cisar. Why didn’t they send Mike out to begin with instead of wasting our time?

I phoned Mike, and he agreed to come out two days later. This guy knows everything there is to know about yard drains, and two minutes after you meet him you feel like you’ve known him forever. What a great guy!

That was over three weeks ago, and we’re still waiting for the estimate.

In the meantime, we called a company that emailed the estimate an hour after the walk-around and have since installed our exterior pipes and those of our neighbor.

In the course of soliciting bids for the yard drain project, we found ourselves a new plumbing company. They have already done excellent work for us. While they were here, I asked them to ballpark the cost of replacing two lavatory faucets, and it was about half of what Meutzel Plumbing charged us to do that job.

We needed a plumber in the evening because our faucet all of a sudden would not turn off. when I called I did not get a answering service but someone who could immediately help me. Mitch W. came to my house within I hour, assessed the problem and fixed it. He was kind, answered all questions and did a great job. I highly recommend Mitch and Mr. Rooter.

In my opinion, any place that leaves you setting all day for an appointment that they scheduled with you is unprofessional. Damaging pipes and still charging without fixing them is even worse. But offering to pay him to fix the pipe he broke, and he still doesn't show, well, I'll let the public decide. It's my opinion that the customer should beware. One reviewer stated they lost their home over this company!

Sterling replaced my existing 1/2” Id galvanized steel pipes with 3/8” and 1/4” plastic pipes and connectors. Claimed it was apples to apples exchange. I lost all my delivery and pressure. He never secured my outdoor spicket to my foundation, put one shut off in the wrong place and completely eliminated 2 other shut offs to my hot water tank. He removed my grounding line to my electrical panel box and never returned to hook it up. I called him for a year to get these issues resolved and he never answered my phone calls. Worst contractor and experience I ever had in my life.

I was having difficulty scheduling a day with any plumber to come look at a leaky toilet (nonemergency) until I called Accurate Plumbing. I appreciated Mike finding a time on the busy schedule to send someone out for a relatively minor issue and John for the excellent work and feedback while he fixed the issue at my house. I'm really quite thankful for both the quality work and customer service Accurate Plumbing provided when I wasn't getting it elsewhere.

Everything started off great per usual. Then there were three straight days with no call, no show, call the office and get an excuse as to why the technician couldn’t be out that day. We had a large scope of work which included roughing in plumbing. They placed the shower faucet on the wrong wall which I had to ask to be corrected mid-job. The toilet flange is 9.5” from the wall. If you can find me a toilet that will fit, I’ll consider taking this review down. We eventually got sick of getting the run around and stopped working with them. They became very responsive when it came time to collect payment to which they were asking for the full contracted amount. They did maybe half of the work that was originally agreed upon. Needless to say, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Great communication and solved the problem right away. Excellent work ethic!
