These were my go-to plumbers until I had a basement clog in a drain. I was told the work was warranteed for 30 days. It reclogged 3 weeks later but I was told that the warranty would not cover it because it had to have been caused by stuff going down the drain. Isn't that what a drain is for?? They said this without even examining the drain to see what caused the problem! And I had never had problems with this drain before. Beware, this company will use loopholes to avoid honoring their warranties!

Follow-up: the owner contacted me immediately, honored the warranty and his staff did a fabulous job of repairing the drain clog! Thank you!

This plumber (BrandonC.) was amazing, and while pricy for our budget, he was worth every cent, since the plumber yesterday couldn’t figure out the solution, and left us with without water in our home. Brandon solved the problem quickly, and guaranteed his work. He is our plumber from now on, for any future issues we may face.

We noticed our water heater was done for the day 40 family members were descending on our house for a multi-day reunion. Called APEX at noon and they sent Chris over a few hours later. He had a new heater installed by 6 pm. Chris did an excellent job. Have not had to replace a water heater for a while, so it felt expensive, but the service and professionalism was top notch. Was very happy with the experience. You do get what you pay for.

Outside spigot burst and flooded basement. Dave came out quickly to repair it. He was great to work with! Very knowledgeable and efficient. Even gave me tips on the outdoor faucet and properly winterizing to prevent such issues in future. Would call again for any future needs!

After looking at my disconnected exhaust pipe on gas water heater tgey gave me a quote and came back the same day to repair. They did not have to replace any pipes but connected and secured the pipe

Ben and Derrick came out, each on separate days, for an emergency shower leakage issue that was quite a process. They both (the entire company) were easy to work with and more than willing to explain what needed to happen and where the original plumbers who rehabbed our place had gone wrong. We had a sewer backup on Christmas Day. They sent someone that evening who worked hard but couldn't clear the block. They came back the next day, even without their preferred equipment, which had broken, and worked and worked until they got it cleared. We had checked with other companies, who would not even attempt it because of the low temperatures. And then, they even helped clean up the mess. They deserve more than 5 stars!

Was having a panic attack thinking it was the roots from a tree in my mainline and I was going to half to have a backhoe come out in my backyard for three grand. Guy came out and told me that 90% of the time this machine takes care of it and to calm down and not panic. He was right and pulled out a lot of roots from my main line and got it totally clear. then he told me what to buy at Home Depot and Lowe's once every month or two to stop the routes from growing in my line. So not only did he keep me calm but he fixed the problem and then told me how to prevent the problem from reoccurring. I have a friend from Roto router who I went to high school with who was going to charge me $375 for the Exact same thing that this company did for $205 exactly. It kind of upset me when I found out rotor router gets paid off of commission and that I wasn't getting a deal from them but my so-called friend was making a couple hundred off of me. These guys were complete strangers and did me better than people I have known my whole life. I have an older house and I'm sure problems will reoccur especially with cast iron pipes but I am a Benjamin Franklin Plumbing customer for life or at least as long as they are around nothing short of amazing.

I called on a Friday and was told they were overbooked through Tuesday. The lovely lady answering the phone said she would still take down my info in case there was any time that came available. Within just a couple of hours, they had techs who could help.

The techs showed up when they said they would, very quickly assessed the situation and just as quickly resolved my issue. Techs were nothing but professional, efficient and so kind.

I called about water backing up in my basement they came out and I Was charged $99 for a “technician” to take a 10 second look and say septic is full. We had septic company called and it was not full. I called back because it was still clogged and the secretary instead of sending some one out again she decided to investigate instead and call the septic service we called. Such a waste of time!
Thankfully we called Apex plumbing and got it fixed. Can’t believe my basement flooded because of such foolish worker they have here! And looking at my reviews seems like im not the only one getting scammed.

Great company, reasonable pricing and the plumber was very friendly. They did some repairs on a water heater for me. They were on time did a great job and were very nice. Highly recommended using them for any plumbing needs.
