Best Sewer Line Problems in Columbus OH

The service tech was friendly and did a great job. He removed a large amount of roots and cleared up our sewer line. When he was finished he went over everything that he had done and what we can do in the future to prevent it from happening again.

Great job, very customer oriented. Major upgrade from propane to natural gas, new lines, furnace convert, new water heater. All done very nicely & on tight schedule. Very happy.

We called Roto-Rooter this morning at 7:30 am. They arrived at 8:30 am. The technician was friendly, observed COVID-19 protocols, and got right to work unclogging our basement floor drain to the main line. Drain is now working properly. We have used their services before and have always been satisfied. We recommend their fast and reliable service.

After coming home from work I discovered my upstairs bathroom leaking and pouring out of my ceiling. As I panicked and cried, my insurance told me to contact a plumber. I used google and randomly selected a number out of desperation. Dale called me quick and was at my house faster than I expected. He immediately identified the problem, and then repaired it. Absolutely the easiest call and service I've ever had.
Their number is saved in my phone now because I don't need to take a gamble on any other plumber.

Great customer service!!! Fast and efficient!!! My business had backed up drains at 11pm. I called plumbing one they were out in about 20min did a quik assessment of the problem wasted no time got the problem fixed and saved me from closing down that evening!!

Had a pipe start leaking and water coming through my family room ceiling at 10:30 on a Saturday night. They showed up in about an hour and took care of the leak with minimal damage to the house.

Rick came out on short notice Friday afternoon and got our plumbing up to code so the city could inspect the line and install a new meter. When the city was unable to fix the issue (blocked pipe from construction they were doing) Rick came back out on Saturday and was able to repair the line and get our water running again.

I called Roto-Rooter because I was having difficulty removing a leaky garbage disposal. They had a plumber at my house in less than 2 hours. An hour after he arrived, the job was done and he was on his way. Thanks Roto-Rooter!

Discovered that my hot water tank was leaking on 11/10/21. Called The Rooter Works Plumbing and Drains and they were able to send a service tech out the same day to give me an estimate to replace the hot water tank. I scheduled the work to be done the next morning. Job was completed professionally with no issues.

A friend of mine recommended Evolved and they helped us get our gas line up to code. Austin was responsive and professional. Will definitely reach out to them in the future!
