Best Sewer Line Installation in Columbus OH

Called them this morning to ask if I could get a new bathroom faucet and shut-off valve installed sometime today. They indicated no problem and promised a service man would arrive between 12-3. At noon I received a call from Moose to indicate he was on his way. He arrived in 15 minutes and completed the job within an hour. Moose was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. My complete experience couldn't have been better!

Great experience. We were having issues with two toilets and we were able to get both fixed within a very short time. Our rep was very nice and explained things in a way I understood and answered all of my questions. We've used Roto Rooter in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

I had my main sewer line backup yesterday morning and a portion of my basement was flooded with sewage. I was so pleased with Brian from Apex, he showed up within an hour of putting in the call for someone to come and unclog/drain the line. Knowledgeable, courteous, professional, very much exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend and would use Apex again in the future should I ever have emergency needs for plumbing services. (Fingers crossed that I don't!)

I worked with Bobby and we had an issue where the water company had to turn off our water at the street. I texted Bobby when they arrived and he was here 30 minutes later, fixed our issue and was out the door within 30 minutes of arriving. The service was very professional, prompt and everything was explained to me as well. Thanks so much!!

This place are price gouging elderly people. Let me explain, my mother 70 years old called because she heard water running. My brother-in-law called this company and someone was supposed to call before coming out. They just show up without a call...So she asked if he was there to give her an estimate he said yes. He looked at it and told her it was just a coupling it shouldn't be very much. The next day was Christmas Eve..Then Christmas so he could send someone out after Christmas. So a different guy shows up and says it will be $2200. So she says well the other guy Sayed it wouldn't be that much and his reply was he's new he don't know.Well you must be thinking this was going to be a big job for that price...Several hours maybe...Some digging even.. Nope he was there for an hour...Yep you heard me right 1 hour. All he did was replace a coupling ( a $30 part I can get from Lowe's) and replaced 25 feet of plastic tubing (I can get 100 foot roll at Lowe's for $50) so less than $100 in parts and one hour of time for $2200. I've checked around and this should not have cost more than $700 and that was on the steep in. The good news is they gave her a military discount though. They only gouged her for $1700 to make her feel like she was getting a good deal

The people that work there are nice however I had to have someone from Muetzel come out to fix my boiler 2x and it still didn't work. I then had another company who came and found the actual problem but told me I had to replace my whole boiler because the manufacturer didn't make the parts anymore. They referred me to Muetzel for a new boiler. I finally had someone that works at my location look at it and he fixed it so now it works. Although Muetzel did give me a small discount they are still asking for payment of a service that didn't fix my problem. Very dissatisfied.

My call -- at 9:00 or 9:30 a.m. on a Sunday -- was handled promptly and efficiently. Mr. Rooter's technician, Matt Berger, arrived about 10:00 a.m. He was personable and quickly cleared the clog. Mr. Rooter isn't cheap but, given the quality of their service, they were worth it. I recommend them highly.

I waited all day believing this company would arrive at the scheduled time of 4:30 pm. These guys did not call or even show up for the appointment that they rescheduled. I called to inquire about what happened and they instructed me to call another plumbing service. Finding another plumber so late in the day is not impossible, but it does create a challenge. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE BUMS!!

These guys were great. Plumber just left, got a new garbage disposal installed for a great price. 300 below some places. Plus, they were able to get in 3 days before the scheduled appointment. Would highly recommend.

A small, local company that does great work with reasonable prices! Donn walked me through the entire process of replacing the main water pipe in the front yard as well as stayed in communications with me throughout the day. I was thrilled that not only did he fix the pipe properly but he also did it without disturbing my flowerbeds! I highly recommend Donn and his team!

I have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for several years. Their office staff and experienced plumbers are always warm and friendly - and possess expertise. They go out of their way to make sure that the job is done right and the billing is fair. I even had the privilege of meeting the owner recently and he even took extra time to chat a few minutes and pet my very hyper pup. Lol. EXCELLENT SERVICE! We had an emergency need to get a drain line cleared at our offices. We called a very well know company in town, the tech came out and gave us a quote of $990.00 because he had to have a supervisor come out and use a camera to inspect the drain, what a scam! We said thanks but no thanks. We called CPR and they had two techs out within 4 hours of us calling. The guys were pros, they went right to work and with 15 minutes the drain was clear. They gave a full explanation of how they opened the line and were on their way. Best thin thing is that the cost was 70% less than the person who runs ads on TV all day. Thank you CPR for being fair to customers and getting the job done!

I called Hesson Plumbing based on a recommendation and glad I did. I have been struggling with our water heater for weeks now and have tried other plumbing companies and wasn't having a positive experience. Hesson Plumbing was responsive, got me exactly what I needed at a reasonable cost, showed up on time and installed my new water heater. Wish I would have gone with them from the get go - will definitely be using them again.

This company is great! My business has been using them for a while now. We had used other plumbing companies to fix the smell in our bathrooms and no one knew how to fix it. Montana and some of his crew came to our business, said what was wrong immediately and fixed the issue. He is so nice, and professional.
