Best Sewer Line Installation in Columbus OH

Had a leak in my washer valve and needed it replaced. The technician came out and fixed it same day. Price was good. Unfortunately he accidentally punched through and through drywall in my laundry room and into the adjacent bathroom while fixing. This occurred over two weeks ago and the supervisor still has not even called to acknowledge the damage or arrange repairs. When I initially called to discuss the damage, I was told the supervisor would call me and I should expect a call the next day. I didn’t hear anything so I called back. This has been a recurring issue. I have called five times over the last two weeks, having been assured twice that I will receive a call back the same day to rectify the situation and still nothing. UPDATE: owner personally called me and arranged to have drywall patched and painted and reimbursed me for cost of original service. Not sure what happened with calling in and getting the run around about the repairs but I was very grateful to finally speak to someone and get it resolved. Bathroom looks great

Great plumbing business for all commercial, residential, and repair plumbing needs

Called Saturday evening regarding a main drain clog and was assured someone would be out in the next four hours to help. Waited until 11:30pm only to have them call and tell me that the plumber’s snake broke and someone will be out tomorrow (Sunday) between noon and two. On Sunday I had a gentleman come and try to sell me cleanup services before the job was even fixed. After I told him no repeatedly I called Roto to see what was up with the timeframe. They said they’re super busy and someone will be out but couldn’t tell me when. Called a couple more times at 4, 6, and 7:30p only to be told that I can reschedule again for a 10% discount or someone will be out today. Absolutely poor customer service and their time windows mean nothing... would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

From the time I called....Holly in the office was responsive and professional. The tech freed up earlier than expected. He got right to work....had to go pick up some fittings...came back and finished up quickly. Thank you for great service!

Always shows up with a smile and teaches me a little while he fixes things always end up happy with Nick and Muetzel!

Mitch W. was absolutely awesome! Not only were they extremely quick to respond, he quoted a very fair price and then performed the work efficiently and completely. He explained exactly what he was going to do, then answered all the questions that I had. He even offered to stick around while I finished up the rest of my project while he was awaiting his next job.Since this was an unplanned “emergency” call, it really could not have gone any better. I called on a Saturday at 12:30pm, they arrived by 1pm and were finished by 1:45! It was a very positive experience and I will be a return customer the next time I DIY myself into an issue.

Don't fall for this, it's a scam they will take your deposit money and run away! They use different adresses to mislead and write different goods reviews to trick you.

Guys were professional, knowledgeable and reasonable on their rates. We will definitely use this company for all plumbing repairs in the future.

Tom and D.J. from Plumbing One LLC installed 2 new toilets and removed the old ones. Their work was done very efficiently and professionally. I did not have to worry about a thing! They picked up the new toilets at the hardware store for me as well. The new toilets were installed perfectly and I am pleased with the result.
I have used Plumbing One in the past, and have always found their plumbers to be knowledgeable and experts in their trade, as were Tom and D.J. They work really hard to please the customer. Alicia and Donna at the office are very helpful in scheduling and coordinating the work. I definitely plan to use Plumbing One LLC for future plumbing needs in my Canal Winchester home.

I cannot say enough great things about David and Hesson Plumbing. I had a leak coming through the ceiling from the second floor of my laundry room. I took to it like any general handyman and when I could go no further I called Hesson Plumbing based on all of the positive reviews. After calling David was at my house in just a few hours. The leak ended up coming from a pipe behind my Master Bathroom shower. He quoted me a fair and reasonable price on the spot and fixed it for me in less than an hour.

The very next day I called him back to see if worked on gas lines as well, turns out he does! We have a gas fireplace insert that needed to be fixed. We agreed on a time later in the week. David and his team were promptly in my driveway, as agreed upon. David took care of the issue in just a few minutes. To add a personal touch to the entire experience he even managed to remember my wife’s birthday from a single passing comment from his first visit while fixing our shower.

David and his team are professional, courteous, and care about their customers. One doesn’t find this level of customer service from many business these days. I highly recommend Hesson Plumbing to any and all! I hope that my words here will convince others to hire him for all their plumbing and gas needs. We need more business like Hesson Plumbing in this world, let’s support the good ones.
