Two technicians arrived and had shoe covers already over work shoes. Lead technician evaluated our two plumbing needs and gave my husband a choice of supplying the plumbing parts or we could pick up.
Husband got half of the plumbing parts needs. Technicians work very efficiently and very very timely. Explained warranty on work and took care to make sure each area was throughly cleaned. My husband and i would highly recommended this company.

My 16 year old hot water heater went out. Completely. I called Apex Plumbing on Saturday morning at 10:45am to see how quickly I was able to get a new instillation (wife and daughter in house and had not showered yet that day… they weren’t happy). I kid you not, at exactly 2pm Rob Bruce with Apex was packing up his tools to leave after finishing installing my 50 gallon heater. Rob was super friendly, knowledgeable, and he did a great job. 3 hours from initial phone call to finished job. On a Saturday! Totally satisfied customer right here. Thanks Rob! Water heater wasn’t working . Dave M came out and was very thorough and explained exactly what was wrong. Fixed it and explained what I needed to look for when I need to replace the water heater in future. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

Very professional and courteous kept me well informed of everything that needed to be done and how much it was gonna cost me I would recommend this company ARS came out to my house and put in a sump pump as well as they had to dig up my back yard to tie lines together that connected to sump pump. The guys did great work took there time and cleaned up everything. They left no questions unanswered. I would definitely recommend them for work that needs to be done excellent service. After Rodney came out to give me a quote, I went to Lowes to pick up some hardware and he happened to be there, I overheard him on the phone saying that the place he just went was a waste of time. Just seemed a bit unprofessional.

Rick came out on short notice Friday afternoon and got our plumbing up to code so the city could inspect the line and install a new meter. When the city was unable to fix the issue (blocked pipe from construction they were doing) Rick came back out on Saturday and was able to repair the line and get our water running again.
