The technician( Patrick) showed up and looked at our problem, another company was trying to charge us over 10K to tear up our basement and “ fix” our problem. Patrick carefully explained to my wife and I what was going on and that we did not have an emergency on our hands. His honesty and integrity saved up a lot of money and stress. We will be lifelong customers.

Tried supporting a family company for our plumbing needs and was NOT given the courtesy of a phone call back. Our money was well spent elsewhere!

Had the owner come out and assess the issue with my downspout and sump pump at the end of the week. The following Monday, members of his crew came out and quickly resolved all my and my wife's concerns. They are very reasonable priced, go out of their way to be helpful and informative, and were extremely professional and respectful to our home. Will definitely call again for plumbing needs.

With parts, taxes, and the heater it came to $1141.00, and plumbers to help pick it up a city away and then carry it into our home for installation, they carried out the old heater after disconnecting it, then it took another quick trip to the store to pick-up more parts to reroute the pipes for the new heater, and then about an hour to install. It was an unusual job and an unusually large water heater. We had to go with a commercial size electric water heater to match our old one. The total time they spent from the moment he decided to go pick-up the heater to the point where the heater was cleaned up and installed was 4 hrs on a holiday. Labor for the emergency ran us up an additional $1720.00, but I believe it was a kindness given the emergency of the situation and our special needs household. Thank you again for your time and kind hearts.

Appointment was set quickly and when they had an earlier opening, they called and beat their original time. The technician came early in the time window (within 15 minutes) and finished the job in under an hour. Pricing was very reasonable as well. No complaints whatsoever; I know who I’m calling for all of my plumbing needs.

I hired TJ and Craig for a water softener and toilet installation They were great and reasonable. The best plumber for the cost in the city. If you go somewhere else you will be paying too much.

Had an awesome experience with Daniel. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable and overall a pleasure to be around. He got our drains cleared up and working perfectly. We called His Grace Plumbing because he repaired another issue we had with a gas line a year ago. This time we came to our home at 6:30pm when we couldn’t find anyone. We had water pouring out of our kitchen cabinet through the ceiling, down the wall and into the basement. He saved us a lot of stress and worry as he fixed the issue with honesty, didn’t try to up charge us and was available when the big name companies expected us to have an emergency wait for two days!

When we need to replace the units at some of our buildings, we get fair pricing. The guys are courteous and on time, which really means a lot since I am dealing with so many buildings. The Field Managers are very helpful and patient when I have a ton of questions. I would highly recommend Enervise for commercial HVAC needs.

I called many times and left voicemails to have my garbage disposal fixed. They never returned my calls. If you need plumbing fixed urgently go somewhere else. I waited over a week before contacting somewhere else. I did not have a professional feel from this company.
