Best Replace Faucet in Columbus OH

These guys are fantastic!! They get me scheduled quickly, are professional and polite, and their pricing is awesome compared to other places I’ve checked. They are knowledgeable, honest and don’t try to repair things that don’t need it just to make a buck! Which my bank account appreciates lol. I will continue to use them for any future plumbing needs and you should too!

This company although professional is a complete rip off. They quoted me $1000-$3000 (big gap in price) for a water clean up in my basement which is unfinished only there for two days and only about 36 square feet. Not large area at all. Afterwards billed me for almost $4,000! Why even quote me and why so much for such a small area. I watched his them clean it spray and put down fans in less than 30 mins Shop around I wish i did. Oh and they make you sign a no cancel contract so I couldn’t back out once my insurance company told me never to use them.

Chris was very professional.. worked hard and fast! Very knowledgeable and assured us he could help us after another plumber tried and couldn’t. After a quick 20 minutes it was taken care of! Will use them again!!!!

Main water service line busted due to cold weather a few weeks ago. I’ve used APEX in November for a clogged kitchen drain so I knew they did great work and had upfront competitive pricing. Josh came out to check the situation and immediately knew what was going on. He was able to break down his vision and approach which helped me understand what type of work they will need to do. Crew members came out and we had water within 4-5 hours. I recommend this company and will be doing business with them in the future.

If I could give negative stars, I would! The price gouging in and of itself was absolutely ridiculous. Nicole, the plumber, was there from 10:15 to 11:30 and charged $400 for replacing a wax ring on the toilet, which is a $2 part! Not only did she not tell me the price beforehand, after we got off the phone and had paid, she sent me an invoice that said the work was not guaranteed due to the condition of the doors and house, which she also said nothing about during the phone conversation! She also failed to mention that the tenant's shower was clogged to the point that it was non-functioning and instead said some clogs in the system needed cleaned out within the next week or two and proceeded to ask if I'd like to schedule a technician to have that handled! So I was going to be charged MORE for someone else to do what a plumber is supposed to do? I called and spoke with two different managers who said they'd look into it and call me back and neither one did, so I had to call back again each time and I'm still waiting to be contacted back by the second Manager's Manager. I called Roto-Rooter in a pinch and it was a HUGE mistake!

We had a hydro jet done and the workers at DrainMaster took their time to thoroughly clean out our sanitary line. They also identified issues with recent drain repairs that were completed with another company. We were then able to go back to the other company to have them remedy the situation. We will use DrainMaster again in the future.

Called and was seen same day. Reuben did a great job explaining the situation and what we could do to fix it.

Our main drain backed up so we called Mr. Rooter and they came out the next day since the drain was not an emergency. When they came out and inspected the line, they informed me that we have some collapse of the drain due to our tree. They provided a reasonable rate to reroute out drain and ensure the tree will not be a problem in the future.

Matt from The Service People was the third company that came to fix our gas leaks to the stove, furnace, and water heater. The first one never came back, the second company spent an entire day here and it wasn't fixed. Then I called The Service People and Matt came out and fixed everything in a very professional manner. He was very knowledgeable! I will be call them for future plumbing needs.

Called late at night were here within an hour and did a great job! Thanks for everything!

Sterling replaced my existing 1/2” Id galvanized steel pipes with 3/8” and 1/4” plastic pipes and connectors. Claimed it was apples to apples exchange. I lost all my delivery and pressure. He never secured my outdoor spicket to my foundation, put one shut off in the wrong place and completely eliminated 2 other shut offs to my hot water tank. He removed my grounding line to my electrical panel box and never returned to hook it up. I called him for a year to get these issues resolved and he never answered my phone calls. Worst contractor and experience I ever had in my life.

The washing machine installation guys from Lowes had left us with a leaky mess. Accurate Plumbing put in new hoses and replaced the 4 shut-off valves for the washer & sink next to it, and they did a stellar job. Everything's perfectly aligned and works beautifully!

Great company, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Charged us $185 to snake a bathroom sink drain.
Mike broke the flange on the sink.

Took no responsibility.

Follow up (different guy), said there was NO WAY that snake could have broken the flange.

Would have cost them about $20 and 10 minutes to replace it.

Deny, deny, deny.

EDIT: They came back and handed the $185 check back. We still have a broken drain assembly.

Hesson Plumbing has been fantastic every time I've called and I will always go back. Not only is the owner committed to ensuring the job is done right, but he does it without trying to up-sell or additional waste of time. Very polite, professional, efficient and reasonably priced at the same time. Even showed up early to the appointment! Gotta give Hesson Plumbing a call for your plumbing needs!

Trevor helped us update our shower. It was during flu season and he was happy to reschedule our estimate when our family got sick prior to his arrival. He was very transparent with us about our options and helped us figure out what repairs to make now if we plan to fully remodel the tub/shower in the next few years. He even talked us through what his recommendations would be when we decide to make those bigger updates. He wasn’t trying to upsell and gave us honest feedback based on what he could see throughout his estimate. He was able to get the work done the same day he came out to perform the estimate which worked out perfectly. Trevor was very professional and with the quality of service we received, we’re confident we found our guy for all our future plumbing needs.
