Absolutely would recommend them! Very friendly guys. They came right away when I needed them. They were very honest and knowledgeable about what was going on. They went above and beyond making sure the issue was fixed right and even made sure the area was clean and looking nice before they left which we really appreciated. We will definitely be using them in the future if needed for anything.

3/26/23 Oir tub had standing water that was leaking from a pipe into the basement of our 70plus older home. We called roto-rooter and they came out in less than and hour on a Sunday evening. Andrew immediately identified that our pipes needed to be replaced given the age of.our home it was a challenge to replace the pipes but Andrew didn't give up it took several hours he was able to replace the 70 year old pipes. Thank you Andrew for all of your efforts!

Waterworks was great to work with from start to finish. They were prompt in their communications and starting and finishing a major sewer repair. They were available and willing to walk me through the steps of the repair, provide recommendations, and answer any questions I had. Everyone that came to our house was professional, hardworking, and knowledgeable. In addition, the final cost of the project did not differ from the original estimate provided.In June 2022, we identified sewage backing up into our basement. Every time we used any water, we got more backup in the basement. We called a plumber (not Waterworks) to snake it (Wednesday). They spent 2+ hours and were not able to clear the blockage. We have an exterior sewer line policy through a home warranty company. I called to report the blockage. They sent someone out to snake (Thursday, no success), then hydrojet (Friday, again, no success). They located the blockage via camera, and it was under our concrete garage floor. Our little sewer basement backup turned into a major and very costly repair.We proceeded to do our due diligence and get 3 estimates for the repair. I was hesitant to call Waterworks, but based on a recommendation, I had them come out to provide an estimate. This was the best decision I made during this process. We did not have use of facilities in our home during this time and were staying elsewhere, so time was of the essence. Waterworks came out same day (within an hour) to provide an estimate (Monday). Their estimate was 33% less than another major service provider in the area.We had the estimate and knew we wanted to go with Waterworks. The next step was to work with the home warranty company to get everything approved before the work could start. When needed, Waterworks jumped on the phone, called the home warranty company, got them the information they needed, and we had the approvals to start the work (Tuesday).Immediately after that (within minutes), Waterworks jumped on getting the appropriate permits and they came out on Wednesday to start the job. The job took 3 days, but we had use of facilities back on the day they started the work. The job involved breaking up the concrete floor of our garage, excavating (7+ feet down), repairing the compromised sewer line and fixing some other areas that could cause future problems (a separate issue Waterworks identified during the repair).Sean and the crews that came out were exceptional. They were always right on time (even early). It was a hot and smelly job, but they got right to work and worked hard. On Day 1, they identified the problem and made a temporary repair so that we could be back in the house that day. On Day 2 they removed the temporary repair and made a permanent repair. On Day 3, they filled the giant hole and reinstalled the concrete flooring. Sean kept us informed every step of the way. He gave us options and recommendations throughout the process. I also appreciated that on several occasions I saw Sean educating some of the other crew members on what he was seeing and potential approaches to remedy.After the repair was complete, we had to work with the home warranty company to get reimbursed for the work. After we submitted our reimbursement paperwork (with lots of detail provided by Waterworks), the home warranty company had follow-up questions for Waterworks. Waterworks always provided prompt responses to keep the reimbursement process moving.As homeowners, we try to prepare for the unexpected. This was beyond unexpected in terms of scope and cost. Waterworks really went above and beyond to provide a high quality and timely repair, as well as to work with our home warranty company so that we could be reimbursed for the cost.

Super easy to get ahold of and pleasant to work with. Did such a great job with my flooded basement.

!!!!!!!!!!I would give these people no stars if possible.The technician has no knowledge of repairs at all. They only tell you to replace the whole thing because it's old. They can't even specify what the problem is. I asked the guy what was wrong with my water heater, he said 3 different parts and didn't guarantee my water heater working after replacing any of them. Not able to fix anything at all only replace the whole thing. Do not call them for repairs, you will end up buying a whole new unit for no reason at all.

Sump pump failed overnight during a rainstorm and Roto-Rooter was able to come out same day and get it replaced. Both techs were friendly and professional. The cost was a bit more than I would have liked but you pay a premium for quick and professional repairs.

They showed up when they said they were going to and they did a great job. I Would recommend them to anybody . Great to work with!!

Justin M. came out, accessed the problem and had the repair going in minutes. He was friendly, knowledgable, helpful and taught us how to hopefully avoid further issues. We have a tree that is growing right next to the sewer line so our real issue is getting the tree removed. However, he's been able to help get us through until that is possible. We greatly appreciate his time and skill! This is why we have professionals - because we clearly had no idea what we were doing. Save yourself time and money, don't buy the root killer stuff thinking it's going to be a 100% fix - it's not. Call in a professional to help you, we are more than happy we did! We hope the next time (should there be) Justin M. will be able to come out and help us again. He represented this company very well. We here at the Eddystone house, thank him.

I could not say enough good about the Company. They are A1, from the start of job to the end. The fellows very concerned with what I needed and wanted. What a great crew they truly know the meaning of teamwork. They broke my light pole outside went and bought a new one installed it at no extra cost to me. The guys at Sterling's Plumbing are the best to be had. Sometimes they don't show up exactly when they say they will, but scheduling is difficult because they don't know how much trouble they will run into, but overall, they arrive when they say they will and their work, which is the important part is always A+

Called first thing in the morning for a shower valve repair and they were able to send someone out straight away, which was unexpected but nice. Mike Jr. Showed up a short time later and replaced a shower valve quickly and efficiently, all is back to normal now. Service was fast and at a reasonable cost - very pleased with this company and will surely use them for additional plumbing projects.

Outstanding service, had multiple issues that lead into Tuesday. Paul and Don were prompt, courteous, and honest. Will continue using these guys. Very pleased with the work, service and price!

Scheduled me super quick. Lady on the phone was super super nice!! They came during the appointment time. Mike B and Jeff came out. THEY WERE AMAZING!!! Super nice and respectful of my house. Fixed the problem and double checked everything worked. They cleaned up after themselves too. Great with animals!Such amazing service!!!!

The job was not done properly the 1st time and required a 2nd trip for which I was charged even more money for , I will not use them again
