Best Repair Toilet in Columbus OH

I would like to take the time and say a big THANK YOU to John Mathews. My grandmother had just passed away and we were planning on having 50 people over after the funeral and of course our toilet stopped working. We called multiple plumbers and John was the only one to say he would come right away (he even apologized he wasn't in uniform) to help my family immediately. We were so appreciative of his kindness and willingness to help a family he did not even know during a tough time. We will make sure we always call John and if you are looking for a plumber he is your guy!

He immediately accessed the problem (toilet backed up into tub) went to basement and opened the (elbow bend) part. Found plastic pop out piece from setting up toilet 2 yrs earlier, from another company. That was the best experience, cleaned bathroom, no nasty smell (still disinfected) and the price (drum roll) $106.00. I was impelled to give a tip!!

The drain in the basement was pushing water up into the basement rather than draining it to the sewer. They fixed it almost in half an hour.

We had a clogged toilet on a sat night. We called waterworks and Mike Perry called right back. He came to our house within 15 minutes of our call. He was very personable and professional. He fixed the problem quickly and expertly. We will definitely call waterworks again and ask for him. Thumbs up Mike Perry!

We had two toilets installed, very professional, good value and will definitely would use them again for service.

I wanted to give an update a year later. One of our toilet seats had 2 cracks in it, I called the company, sent an email with pictures of the seat, the owner called to confirm receiving the email and pictures. The owner placed an order for the toilet seat and the toilet seat came in earlier than expected, the company came out replaced the seat and we are back in business. This company is still holding its standard of being professional and backing up their warranty of their products, we will still use them in the future.

Arrived within an hour of my 911-ish call. Our dog had no issue with Shawn. He put on booties to avoid tracking in dirt. Honestly, he didn't need them in our mess of a basement. He told me he could take care of snaking the entire main line in the house & push it out if need be.He was careful, and let me know when he was done, that I needed another cap on the 4 access pipe as ours was corroded. Got one at Lowes an hour later.The cost was higher than I imagined. An ad on the site said $89 for a main line. I understand the service, knowledge & tools involved are included, but $500 was very steep & unexpected. (Also got a power snake at Lowes) Everything was fantastic, except the price. Shawn was patient, kind & took care of the issue professionally. The dispatcher was a pro as well.Definitely recommend service, if you can afford it. Thanks Shawn!! :)

I called Roto Rooter after a DIY went very wrong. Robert and Jonathan arrived within an hour. They were polite, explained everything that they were doing and, most importantly, fixed my shower faucet very quickly. I can't say enough about them - they saved my weekend :)

I used these guys for the first time this week. The job was done well, fast and reasonably priced. They actually came out within 24 hours. I had a previous appointment with Eco Plumbers, it took them three days to make it to my house, and the initial estimate came in THREE times higher. Kind of insulting that Eco Plumbers would take advantage like that. That being said, we were happy Drain Master showed up, did the work, and charged a fair price. Highly recommended!

Levi Mann was our technician, he was polite, professional and educated. He was able to fix the issue right away and answered our questions. I would highly recommend him!!!

Couldn’t be happier.

This has been the worst service! We had to go through the home warranty company and the service people never called us I always had to call them to make an appointment they over charged me on my deductible and NEVER fixed the problems. When I called to speak with Noor she was less than professional and blamed me for everything. I would highly advise you to go with someone else. They are now refusing to complete the work and we are left with leaky faucets and wastewater that is backing up and coming through our kitchen ceiling.

After coming home from work I discovered my upstairs bathroom leaking and pouring out of my ceiling. As I panicked and cried, my insurance told me to contact a plumber. I used google and randomly selected a number out of desperation. Dale called me quick and was at my house faster than I expected. He immediately identified the problem, and then repaired it. Absolutely the easiest call and service I've ever had.
Their number is saved in my phone now because I don't need to take a gamble on any other plumber.

These guys are awesome. Save yourself a hassle and go here first. Roto whoever or whatever other huge company will charge you an arm and a leg but Accurate Plumbing is fair, reasonable and amazingly efficient and friendly service. They have helped me out a few different times where they even got me in the same day which helped me out tremendously. Will always call them first.

Tim and his crew did a great job under difficult circumstances in installing our shower and faucets. I have used his company for many other projects and highly recommed their work. His employees are professional w a yes sir no sir attitude. When they installed the plumbing for the shower it was all at perfect right angles ....it even looked professional. The other work was very challenging working w the very tight tollerances our bathroom had including adapting the furniture and the shower to make everything work. They did a marvelous job.

After another plumbing company(DW)
refused to do the job of cleaning our my main sewer drain in my basement, these guys were there within 2 hours and had the job done in 40 minutes!! They charged a reasonable amount and we're in and out. Alex and Chuck worked together we'll and explained what to do to prevent roots from coming back again. I would use them again.

I called and told them what was wrong with water heater and toilet. They came out, cost me $209 and didn’t fix anything, just told me what was wrong. I already knew what was wrong, I needed someone to fix it.

Josh and Montana replaced 5 toilets in my home in a timely manner. They explained to me the work that had done and the cost of the parts that they had to use…This company has done 3 jobs at my home in the last month and the workers have all been very professional.
