We had kitchen sink drainage problem. Water wouldn't go down the pipe and it overflowed to our dishwasher and then to the floor. The Roto Rooter was here this morning and it took him may be 20 minutes to unclog the pipe and drainage. He gave good advice too. He is friendly and professional. ARS/Rescue Rooters has provided good service in the past, but the individual sent to provide a quote lacked moral. Ryan came to my residence to give me a quote for the installation of a water heater and quoted $1600 (just for installation). The water heater was purchased ahead of time and only requiring installation. My advice is to know a fair expense amount prior to contacting this company. If they have an opportunity to capitalize and make extra money, they will definitely take it.

Torrey was professional and very knowledgeable. We thought our problem was just a garbage disposal but also had him check another leak spot in the basement. He had to replace a toilet seal and some piping and explained what he had to do and showed me the parts etc. Disposal was rusted. Replacement parts were quality and he took his time to do a great job. He cleaned up all work areas well. We will request Torrey if we need a professional plumber again.

Dale came out to assess a problem I was having with a hot water heater.

He went ahead and gave me several options that would fix the problem to ensure I could pick what best fit my budget.

After careful consideration, I decided to fully replace my hot water heater. Dale and the gentleman who came installed it all within the space of a few hours, cleaned up after themselves. The were friendly, arrived on time and did an excellent job. It's so great to have hot water again! I couldn't recommend them enough.

Fast and fair. Called them this morning to unclog our disposer. They were here within two hours and fixed the problem quickly. Only charged us for an express service call even though he had to take apart the plumbing under the sink to fix it. Very fair!!

Our story will echo most of the other reviews here. Excellent people and service. We originally contacted a very advertised HVAC company when our furnace stopped blowing warm air. Their tech looked at the furnace for 15 minutes and told us it would cost nearly $5000 to repair - so we might as well buy a new one. Carpenter's techs Derek and Greg worked on it for 2 hours and it runs perfectly now. There was no need to buy a new one. If you want honest, hard-working people to help - then look no further than Carpenter.

This is my second time using Eco Plumbers, and they have done a great job both times. Today, I was performing what should have been a DIY job - replacing the cartridge in my shower handle. The existing equipment was about 25 years old, and wouldn't budge when I got things mostly taken apart. Some bad advice from the hardware store combined with the wrong tool caused my cartridge to be broken off while attempting to remove it. Now, I needed a plumber.

I talked to Rachel on the phone, and she was professional, helpful, and funny. Hayder was the plumber dispatched to my house, and he did a great job. He was very professional, clean, and well-dressed. He explained the job thoroughly, including several options to solve my problem, and did outstanding work that involved cutting and soldering copper pipe, cutting tile, and installing new shower/tub fixtures. Hayder finished relatively quickly, and made sure any questions I had were answered to my satisfaction throughout the process.

Eco Plumbers has always done excellent work for us. They are not the cheapest option around (this job went from being a $20 DIY to having a comma in the price), yet I keep going back to them for the quality of their work.
