I was happy with the results. Our tub was clogged up and I had no idea what to do. Pulled these guys up in google and saw the good reviews so I gave them a call. It was after hours but they have emergency 24 hour plumbing services so there was someine here in less than a hour. The plumber that showed up was named John. He knew his stuff and was in and out after he unclogged our drain. I think he could have been quicker but maybe I am just picky.

Roto-Rooter has done several jobs for us. Most recently a new water heater. I like how easy it is to schedule an online appointment and still have quick turn around. Scheduled at 1 am online for an 8:00 am - Noon appointment the same day and the service tech was out by 9 am.The plumbers are professional and quick. We have had them do main drain cleaning, kitchen sink plumbing and today a new water heater and main water line shut off valve. All top notch.

My issue was somewhat unusual and required some persistence before the root cause was identified and remedied. The on site tech, John, was knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

The gentleman that came was very respectful to my renters, very clean, and knowledgeable. I was very happy with the work that he did and the price I paid. I have 44 rentals and I won't call any other plumbers from here on out.

called Drain Master out for a stopped up drain. They used a drain cleaning machine and took care of my problem right away. Service tech was very helpful in explaining my situation they also gave me tips on how to prevent this from happening again. I will definitly be recommending them to anyone who asks.

We have an old house and they encountered many difficulties while moving gas lines. They spent extra time and even called in extra people to complete the job. Reasonably priced. We would definitely use again.

We needed a plumber in the evening because our faucet all of a sudden would not turn off. when I called I did not get a answering service but someone who could immediately help me. Mitch W. came to my house within I hour, assessed the problem and fixed it. He was kind, answered all questions and did a great job. I highly recommend Mitch and Mr. Rooter.

Main drain had a brick in access point of drain. Plumber left & got a large crow-bar and was able to pry it out! Man went the extra mile and got the job done! My husband and I were very happy that our con Crete basement floor didn't have to be broke up!!! He snaked both drains, to ensure the drains were both clear and cleaned. Reasonable price $160. I have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for several years. Their office staff and experienced plumbers are always warm and friendly - and possess expertise. They go out of their way to make sure that the job is done right and the billing is fair. I even had the privilege of meeting the owner recently and he even took extra time to chat a few minutes and pet my very hyper pup. Lol. I needed an AC person cause my AC froze and was blowing hot air. Mike came out and explained my problem and some possible solutions for the future. He informed me of options on my furnace which is getting very old. Didn't try to sell anything but he was so informative, I will be calling him and the company this fall when looking to purchase new units.

I had a gas leak that was detected. I was told by one company it was only one leak and it was actually three. It was quite the job to find the third and to repair them all. This company is honest, thorough and SOOOOO kind!! The price was beyond fair and I can't thank them enough for their assistance and generosity!! They touched my heart! ❤️

I definitely see all the negative experience from customers regarding Calhoun Plumbing. But I had an emergency, which I considered an emergency, I call a little after 11:00pm and spoke with a lady who definitely was sympathetic to my situation and was able to awake a plumber to come out and resolve my issue.

He came and was done by 1:00am. I appreciated first, her answering the phone and secondly the plumber coming out to resolve my problem. It is my hope to use this service again if I need to resolve any other plumbing issues....with the hopes of the same customer service.
