Had two slow drains in bathroom the tub and the sink Tommy came out and was very courteous and very professional as well as very efficient job was done quickly. Only real issue was cost of 600 dollars for drain clog removal paying for rendered service is not the issue. Just seems like a hefty price for clog removal

I waited all day believing this company would arrive at the scheduled time of 4:30 pm. These guys did not call or even show up for the appointment that they rescheduled. I called to inquire about what happened and they instructed me to call another plumbing service. Finding another plumber so late in the day is not impossible, but it does create a challenge. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE BUMS!!

I experienced great service!! I had an issue with my drain being backed up and I was able to schedule service for the next business day... what a lifesaver! Today I had Antwan clear my drain. He cleared the drain and also looked at all the restrooms in the house to assess whether or not there were any other issues. He was very patient with me and graciously and thoroughly answered my MANY questions. He also provided me suggestions to prevent my issue from reoccurring as well as some recommendations for fixing other plumbing issues in the house. Bad business. paid them to unclog main line, they broke it. they still charged is and gave estimate to repair their damage, we agreed and set appointment, they never showed and will not answer phone. We're out the money and still have a damaged line. Contacted the prosecutor's office and they said someone else had filed suit against this person the day before and ours will be held until the other case gets moving. I do not recommend!

Our plumber showed up on time like they said they would. He was very friendly and told what was going with our tankless water heater. He had in up and going in a little over an hour. Didn't break the bank like other plumbers wanted to charge us.

Our gas hot water tank was slowly loosing heat. We couldn’t figure out why. Well one day it finally stopped heating. We called the rooter works plumbing and they came out as soon as they could. My technician’s name water Peter. He was absolutely amazing. He was supper efficient and friendly. I will for sure use this company again and will request for Peter for my work. Highly recommend!

We have recently used Calhoun plumbing, and Rob who came to our place to fix the water heater, took time to explain the problem, how it can be rectified and what are our options. He was punctual, called ahead of time. He was able to find parts the same day and install the next day, and offered to tune up for no additional charge.
