Jose was amazing! Midnight and our basement was flooding from a blocked main drain. Jose showed up after a very long day and quickly assessed our issue. He had to snake several drains and never complained even when he didn’t finish until almost 3am!!

Scott and I are from the same small-town area and both teach at the same college here in Columbus so I thought I could trust him to install new plumbing and a shower pan in a bathroom addition. Scott assured me when I asked that he would put the required cement under the shower pan when installing to stabilize it. He would schedule a date and time over and over, as he strung this work out for months, then not show and not call--again and again. I had to contact him each time after an hour or two went by with no show and he would respond hours later. Since he'd already started the work, I kept working with him. Once the shower pan was installed, he told me in no uncertain terms that he put in the required cement underlay, pointing out that he had to mix the cement even though he had a bad back and that he's been doing this for 30 years so he knows what he's doing. Later, I had to remove new shower tiles and the shower pan to find it had NO CEMENT under it, which is why it was creaking. During the plumbing install, I also awoke to a flooded bathroom the next morning and he had to come and repair his install. He asked me to pay him half part way through, and I did, even though it was taking months as he would be a no-show or come for an hour or two then leave. I checked for reviews online and could find no website and not a single review anywhere--until now, 1.5 years later. The only reviews I see now are from the past few weeks, so BUYER BEWARE. You cannot trust Scott. And I assume this review will get scrubbed like any past reviews about his astoundingly poor service and ability to lie and think nothing of it.

Price is a bit steep (reason for the 4 stars) but they were available same day to repair a gas leak. Got it done quickly with no hassle. They were very upfront with pricing and services and didn’t try to push or sell anything, just fixed what I asked. Workmanship and professionalism was top notch.

Installed my water heater at a fraction of the cost from other major companies. Did a great job and left everything nice and tidy. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We had been without hot water for several days and they came out multiple times to try to remedy the problem. They worked with our schedule and we’re very responsive. Cody was great in dealing with a lot of red tape from a manufacturer to get us squared away within just a few hours. He was persistent and kind and we truly appreciate that.

We called His Grace Plumbing because he repaired another issue we had with a gas line a year ago. This time we came to our home at 6:30pm when we couldn’t find anyone. We had water pouring out of our kitchen cabinet through the ceiling, down the wall and into the basement. He saved us a lot of stress and worry as he fixed the issue with honesty, didn’t try to up charge us and was available when the big name companies expected us to have an emergency wait for two days!

We woke up to a leaking sump pump pipe that was ready to burst. We called Benjamin Franklin plumbing, they said it would be between 8-9 am, but the plumber called us and was here at 6:45. He replaced the sump pump and was in and out in 30 minutes. Saved our basement!

Recently we had them install all new furnace, A/C and hot water heater. Now we had them do a toilet, disposal and sink faucet. Great guys, professional work, done right! A good investment!
