They were fast and professional. I appreciate the way John was sure I understood what my problem was and how they would fix it before they started.

Called because we were pretty certain we had a frozen water line and feared it would break.. Service was prompt but the technician didn't know what to do .He seemed very unsure. He wanted to replace the parts in the faucet which was quite expensive to see if that was the problem. We declined and he called in a second technician who agreed that it was a frozen line. After more than 3 hours and 3 service techs, they determined that if couldn't be deiced without tearing out the kitchen ceiling. We declined. Although the men were very polite, we were charged overtime for 2 techs. They left and we had a hole in our bathroom wall from the attempt to find the pipe and we still had a frozen pipe. It seems that if the first tech had to call in a second one, that was the company's problem , not ours, but we ended up with a huge bill for 2 techs and basically an unresolved plumbing problem.

We used Drainmaster today (Charlie was who came out) and I have nothing but amazing things to say!!! Amazingly prompt service, was able to diagnose the problem quickly, and the price was extremely reasonable compared to other local companies! Would wholeheartedly recommend and will be using them again in the future for any of our plumbing needs!!!

Mark was able to quickly figure out the issue with my leaking kitchen sink. A new faucet was installed and he also installed new toilet in a very timely manner!! I definitely appreciate the service people business, and highly recommend them!!!

Our water heater pilot light went out and wouldn't relight. We had an appointment with another company and they didn't show - Accurate Plumbing was booked but they squeezed us in AND showed up in the promised time frame. So so happy to have a hot water after a few days without!

Gary, did a great job. He replaced a leak in the main shutoff valve in the house. And the dishwasher shut off valve. All under 2 hours. He made sure there wasn't any leaks before he left. Very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. All done way under the average price for this area.

Our pipes burst on New Year's Eve, causing half of the ceiling in our garage to collapse. Luckily, Adam with A 3 Aces was on his way within 30 minutes...on New Year's Eve! I was so impressed with how quickly he showed up, diagnosed the problem, and then fixed it. He even gave me some pointers on what to do to prevent our pipes from bursting again. We had Only Water Heaters out to fix our water heater when it stopped working a couple days ago. They fixed it right away for a decent price. Will call again.

I can only say good things about these guys. We've been working with Kevin Smith on clogged main drains and floor drains in our basement. We also had a bathtub repaired and they did everything they could to make sure we were happy with our options and service. Very courteous and knowledgeable.

We have used Cliff Fraley for a number of plumbing issues. He has always been extremely prompt about returning my calls and has been very accommodating with our schedules. We have always found him to be personable, friendly, and very knowledgeable! He also goes into great detail explaining to us what the problem is and how he's gonna fix it. Our plumber showed up on time like they said they would. He was very friendly and told what was going with our tankless water heater. He had in up and going in a little over an hour. Didn't break the bank like other plumbers wanted to charge us.
