Called Waterworks the day before appt,gave a window time. Called me the day of appt said they could be at the house earlier,fine with me. Evan was very professional, got started right a way. Evan came upstairs shortly after finding the problem of the water tank. Had the parts in the truck and got the hot water tank fixed in a short time. Would use The Waterworks in the future.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I contacted this company to come and quote me to replace 30' of underground clay waste pipe. They quoted me $15,000. Being in a pinch I had little options but to go with them. My mistake was that I contacted several other plumbers and no one got back to me, and I told the estimator this. He saw that I was in a bind and took advantage of me. I understand emergency services come with some extra cost but not double. They showed up late each day and left early. Their contractors left cigarettes all down my driveway. My lesson learned is please please please get at least 3 quotes! Finally had several plumbers get back to me and quoted me half, some even less then half, to perform the same work. I fired them on the spot and had the honest plumber finish the work. To fall for the fancy truck logo like I did!

Glad I called Carpenter Heating. Ashton and Nick installed the Bryant furnace in 4 hours. They did a great job getting the old unit out of the attic and installing the new one. They made it look easy, I know it was harder than it looked. They did a great job of explaining throughout the process. Everything was squeaky clean when they were done. I would recommend Carpenter Heating to all.

Both the plumbing service and the furnace maintenance personnel were on time and notified us they were on their way. Both were friendly and knowledgeable.

My experience was an extremely positive one. Trevor was extremely personable and knowledgeable. He explained the problem to me and the possible solutions. When asked questions about each he was able to explain in detail about pros and if there were any cons. Quick and effective service for a fair price. BCI Mechanical was super easy to work with, flexible around my schedule and needs, and they did the work smarter and cheaper than other big name contractors that I had give me a quote on the work. They fixed a larger drain issue under my kitchen sink that had arisen recently.

There was a scheduling error (that worked out in my favor), but other than that, these guys were flawless to work with, and my tech Tony was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and was overly concerned with making sure the work was done right and how I expected it to be done. I'm glad to finally have a dependable, affordable solution here in Columbus that I can depend on, and I'll definitely be calling them back for more work.
