Best Repair Burst Pipes in Columbus OH

I never give reviews. However...... Plumbing and Drain Professionals replaced my two 12-year aging hot water tanks today. Moose and Pat were both very professional and courteous all around and very pleasant and respectful. Their professionalism wasn't phased by my annoying dogs or the fact that the job did turn out to have some complications (not their fault, trust me). Moose is very good at customer service..... explaining and answering questions when I requested. Will call them back for any plumbing service I need.

So, this is my second time with Roto-rooter. Three stars for their professional and clean work. Just this time, I feel alittle different. I didnot get to see the receipt that they charge me for the part. And for the the new valve that they install for me, it not go all the way in with the pipe. They said it is okay to put it like that. It is not a big deal. Instead they told me if there is something wrong with the valve, it hav warranty and call whoever to come and see. I hope it is true. Because when they took the old one off, it pretty tight that they have to use some strength to take it out. I paid the full cost cus I expect the work to be done well. And it is not cheap. It is very expensive. Almost 500 bucks for this morning. Probably would think twice if I want to use their service again.

Excellent service , my landlord called Roto and they were here within the hour our Plumber name was Aaron would definitely recommend him to anyone he was very professional , friendly and kept us/ my landlord informed on everything he was doing he worked hard to unclog our drain he cleaned up everything that came out of the drain ! He wiped down under our kitchen sink and our floors where he had been working at I was super impressed with his service !!! Thank you so much !

The young man who came to my home was very polite. He took a look at the issue I was having with water backing up in the sink next to the washing machine. He explained what the problem was and gave me a quote. I was pleasantly surprised by the quote and how quickly he fixed the issue after a neighbor who had the same issue not long ago was charged a lot more by another company.
I will definitely be recommending and contacting Drain Master for any future plumbing needs.

RUN away from this company! We called out ARS to snake a blocked drain pipe. We had suspected roots had invaded the pipe. After 30 mins of trying to snake the pipe they came to the conclusion that the pipe had collapsed and needed a full replacement for $8,000 dollars. We called in a second opinion and they were able to clear the pipe entirely in 15 minutes and for half the cost. ARS took advantage of our lack of knowledge in the area and after talking to multiple reputable people that have either worked with them or are knowledgeable of the field and other companies in the field they told us to stay far away from ARS.

No call back after leaving a message. Couldn’t even get scheduled with them. Would have been a $1K-2K size job.

Total cheat. Rip-off do not use, better more honest plumbers in the Columbus Area.

Alex replaced our water heater through our home warranty and was very courteous in our home. He helped me put down a carpet protector on my floors to make sure they didn’t get damaged. Linda was very helpful in getting the process started so we could get our water heater fixed as quickly as possible.

John with 1-Tom-Plumber was AWESOME! We had been trying to get our bathtub fixed and it was kind of a hack job, so was a challenge. Another plumber came out and then never came back. I called 1-Tom-Plumber and John called when he said he would and showed up and got the job done quickly! Would definitely use them again!

Amazing service

Never fun to wake up to water in the basement. Chris was able to replace my sump pump within a few hours, allowing my basement to drain properly. In addition, I now have a battery back-up in the event of an outage.

Very responsive and fixed my sink, dishwasher and garbage disposal in no time. Very friendly and affordable!

Thank you so much for coming to rescue our emergency plumbing leak. Gabriel was promp to reply and quick to come help us. We called His Grace Plumbing because he repaired another issue we had with a gas line a year ago. This time we came to our home at 6:30pm when we couldn’t find anyone. We had water pouring out of our kitchen cabinet through the ceiling, down the wall and into the basement. He saved us a lot of stress and worry as he fixed the issue with honesty, didn’t try to up charge us and was available when the big name companies expected us to have an emergency wait for two days!
