They are amazing. We just moved into our house and we haven't been able to use our washer for 2 weeks due to a problem with the drain. They fixed it and now I can finally do our laundry! I will definitely call them if we have any other issues.

Bobby was all over it from the beginning quickly identifying what wasn’t the problem and repairing the issue quickly once he had access. He was thorough in explaining the work and helped me understand what we were looking at in repairs. Only knock against him is he didn’t want dinner. It was almost 7. Jokes aside Bobby’s the man and I appreciate his work.

I called Fritz Baumann and Sons after another plumbing company came to our home and created a problem we did not have prior to them coming. Blair Baumann talked me through how they could fix our new problem, and he made me feel 10K times better about our horrible interactions with the previous plumbers. Blair and Jake came and fixed the problem in less time than expected and at a less expensive price. I will continue to use Fritz Baumann and Sons for any plumbing work I might need in the future. They are excellent, customer oriented, personable, knowledgeable, clean, and courteous! We had a truly WONDERFUL experience having Fritz Baumann and Sons work at our home.

Chris, my technician was amazing. He helped save me money by repairing my garbage disposal when I thought I was going to need to replace it.My only complaint is the cost of garbage disposal installation. For an existing mount you're looking at around $300. For a new fixture you're looking at $600. (The garbage disposal itself is $95-$120 new if you buy it on your own). I confirmed with the tech that it's only a 20-40 min process to put one on an existing mount. So that means they're charging $300 for less than an hour of work. That's absolutely insane.

Called this company to replace a garbage disposal after a plumber from another plumbing company with the initials RR gave me an estimate of $500.00 to replace the garbage disposal although I provided the replacement unit. Tommy and JD came to the house and after a few minutes Tommy got the garbage disposal working again. Returned the unit that I had already purchased. A week later Tommy and JD returned to the house to replace the kitchen faucet and fix a leaking shower head. They were professional, worked quickly and Tommy even cleaned up the mess under the sink from a badly corroded faucet. I highly recommend Plumbing One and will use them again whenever a need arises. Tommy has an awesome sense of humor and genuinely cares about his customers, as a result he gets my Best Plumber Award.

I had a clogged sump pump drainage pipe. Roto rooter came out, told me they could drain and unclog the pipe and if it was more serious and they had to replace pipes it would $1500 and they would put the unclog charge of $365 towards it. A few minutes later the camera man showed up and told me the pipe is collapsed and needs replaced then quoted me $4000 and told me the man who unclogged the drain did not know their prices, meanwhile the unclog guy was in the background saying I didnt know it would be so much. I asked if they would take the $365 towards that and was again told they were different departments and that's not possible. Long story short roto rooter cost me $365 to tell me I would owe them $4000 and nobody was honest with me at all.

Rose Plumbing unclogged our sewer line after a tree root grew into the pipe. They quickly and professionally responded to the issue in our basement and we are so thankful for their hard work!

I had a gas leak that was detected. I was told by one company it was only one leak and it was actually three. It was quite the job to find the third and to repair them all. This company is honest, thorough and SOOOOO kind!! The price was beyond fair and I can't thank them enough for their assistance and generosity!! They touched my heart! ❤️

We had a dripping shower faucet and a toilet that took forever to fill, though it did not leak. We have an old house and the husband does like to mess with old pipes. Gave false information to my insurance company about the repair needed. Technician smelt horrible, he had a huge hole in the back of his pants like he was attacked by a dog or something. While giving this false information to my insurance company he sat outside (which was ok because he stunk) but never came back to communicate anything to me about the work that needed done he just drove off leaving my door unlocked (I thought he was coming back in).
