We are so incredibly thankful and grateful for Roto Rooter and, more specifically, Woody! He came out to look at our broken sump pump that we JUST got installed with another RR tech two months ago. He did a very thorough job and he found the issue. To top it off, we weren’t charged!! After already paying for a new pump two months ago, it’s such a relief that we were able to get a new pump for no cost! We will ALWAYS use Roto Rooter and will recommend them to anyone. I wanted to give an update a year later. One of our toilet seats had 2 cracks in it, I called the company, sent an email with pictures of the seat, the owner called to confirm receiving the email and pictures. The owner placed an order for the toilet seat and the toilet seat came in earlier than expected, the company came out replaced the seat and we are back in business. This company is still holding its standard of being professional and backing up their warranty of their products, we will still use them in the future.

I have used Accurate Plumbing many times over the years and this experience more than validates why I keep going back to them.

We emailed Antwan on Monday and he was able to come Wednesday (not an emergency repair). He was on time, super professional, and did an excellent repair on the pipes beneath our kitchen sink. The price was super reasonable and less than we even expected. Would definitely recommend and we will be calling him again for future repairs!

I called Calhoun Plumbing to replace my toilet shut off valve and reseat the toilet. They were able to work around my busy schedule and be at my house the next day.

The work was not straight forward, as my house was built 120 years ago and has uneven floors and a low ceiling in the basement, but the two plumbers that arrived quickly assessed the situation and fixed both issues within an hour. Cost was reasonable and both wore masks and gloves the whole time to be sensitive to the pandemic restrictions. I recommend them to homeowners on the southside!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This company worked well with the home warranty I had to not fix anything I had wrong. They decided to say my issue was due to faulty installation but they were just told to lie so the warranty company doesn’t have to pay for any repairs. I will never call or recommend this company ever.
