I have called everyday for a week and the person who answers the phone tell me they'll be out tomorrow Still waiting on someone to show up! It smells so bad in here. If it was their house you can bet someone would have been there already!

I'm opening up a nail salon and it's been hard finding a licensed plumber that deals pedicure chairs and making time. When I called the waterworks the receptionist was polite and answered all of my questions. The plumber was available immediately and came out to quote me for free. They got the work I needed done within a few hour, same day. The price was very reasonable. Ryan and the 2 other plumbers that assisted him were OUTSTANDING! The company also has plumbers that work 2nd shift which really worked out for me because I don't get off work until 6:30. I will definitely be using the waterworks plumbers when needed.

My husnband and I have put off our flooded basement for nearly 2 years fearing that the cost to fix our damaged pipes underground would cost a small fortune. When Russell Colwell came out only a couple of days ago, he assured us with confidence that this was an issue that is not only fixable, but also affordable! We were so pleased with his professionalism and how quickly he was able to come back and complete the work. Even with that being said, the price was absolutely amazing, and within our budget. We had a scheduled appointment for 12-2pm today, I had called earlier today to confirm as I had not received an email confirming, was informed the confirmation email would be sent once the tech was dispatched. Long story short I called in at 3pm today to inquire about the scheduled appt and the phone rep, who was not in the least apologetic that they had missed our appointment by over an hour and with no call from a rep that obviously they would be late. I cancelled the Mr.Rooter appointment and I cancelled the Mr. Electric appointment scheduled for next week. Poor customer service before the tech even stepped into our home. Glad we only wasted 3-4 hours of time. #$$$$

Good plumbing company does a lot of new construction

Found out the hard way (water all over my floor) that I had a drain issue while doing some laundry. Happened this past Sun. Mon morning I did a Google search for 'best plumbers in Reynoldsburg, Plumbing One had the best rating and great customer comments. Also looked them up on BBB website. They have an A+ rating! I called Mon morn and was set up with a Tues morn appointment. Tom came on time, introduced himself and then listened to me describe the issue I had. He got right to work and found the problem was from my washing machine drain line not draining properly. Turns out I had a very stubborn clog in the drain and a crazy 'older home' drain line set up so Tom had to use a few different methods to get the drain clear. He din't give up and really went the extra mile to be sure it was done right. Thank you soooo much Tom, I couldn't be more pleased with the service! Use Plumbing One (ask for Tom) you'll get the best!

Called Ben Franklin today about gas line requirements for a tankless water heater. From my research, I've learned that these take a lot of gas. Other contractors I talked to seemed to guess about the requirements, but the guy I spoke to at Ben Franklin explained the install process perfectly. Thankful there are companies out there who know how to do jobs correctly!

Showed up in the afternoon and replaced both of my hot water tanks. He spent 6+ hours doing a wonderful install. Couldn't ask for someone more professional, dedicated, and knowledgeable. Will absolutely be calling again when needed.

Since purchasing and restoring an 1890 Victorian home 25 years ago, we have worked with a variety of contractors on many home repair projects. Some of those experiences were good, a few were great and a few were disappointing. Our recent selection of Miller Ranney Cantrell Plumbing to repair a major sewer drain problem however was one of the best contractor experiences we have ever had. From our initial meeting with co-owner Mark Cantrell who clearly explained the proposal and steps needed to correct the problem to cleaning up the yard afterward, the entire project went smoothly and with almost no disruption to our family. Everyone on the crew was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, hard working, and clearly wanted to do the best job possible for us. Even with a large project involving five workers and a giant backhoe, when finished the cleanup was done so well it was hard to tell anyone had been here. Our experience with Miller Ranney Cantrell Plumbing was one of the best contractor decisions we have ever made. We will definitely use them again for any plumbing projects and will highly recommend them to friends and family.

Both my wife and I called for a rather important plumbing issue. We were both told separately that we'd be called back to schedule it and it never happened. We ended up having to go with a different company. It is inexcusable to leave a customer hanging like that and I definitely would NOT recommend using this company for your plumbing needs...

Despite a stressful situation we couldn’t have been happier with Roto Rooter! We had a very poor experience with a water restoration company previously, so we were a little jaded and very skeptical about the service Roto Rooter would provide. From the very first meeting, Matthew put our minds at ease. He explained everything that he was doing, including the reasoning behind it, and gave realistic expectations regarding the timeline to completion as well as the results. He made sure to communicate what time he would be over each day, and the two days he was unable to be here personally he let us know what to expect and advised us to contact him directly if we had any concerns or questions. Matthew was incredibly knowledgeable and seemed to actually love what he did for a living, which put our minds at ease. We hope this was the last of our water issues, however if anything happens in the future we will not hesitate to use Roto Rooter again!
