The service call was prompt (same day), and Shawn was polite, professional, and resolved the issue quickly. We will be using Apex for all our plumbing needs.

I had a floor drain clogged. They were able to remove the clog.

Was told my appt was on Friday 2-4pm, I mistakenly thought it was 2-3 so I called shortly after 3 and was told it was 2-4 and they were running on time; I called at 5:30 since there was no communication and learned they were running behind and if I would like to reschedule. I said I would wait for service call that day. I called back at 8:45pm where person answering told me I was mistaken, my appointment was 2-4 following day, no one said my appt was on the wrong day the 2 times I called earlier that day so I assume someone changed my appt without notifying me after my 2nd call. I did have a plumber come the following morning. He was professional and completed the work. Would have given him 5/5 rating but was displeased that my appt was changed without confirming with me.

Main drain had a brick in access point of drain. Plumber left & got a large crow-bar and was able to pry it out! Man went the extra mile and got the job done! My husband and I were very happy that our con Crete basement floor didn't have to be broke up!!! He snaked both drains, to ensure the drains were both clear and cleaned. Reasonable price $160. I have been a customer of Accurate Plumbing for over 10 years. Each time I move to a new house I keep them as my plumber. They have always been great to work with. I have called them numerous times in a panic. Every time they have replaced or repaired the faulty item. They have replaced my faucets, hot water tanks and toilets. They are a very honest company!! They also employ the best plumber in town, Mike. Mike is do knowledgeable that other plumbers ask his opinion. You definitely can’t go wrong using Accurate Plumbing.

Recently had them replace a water line from the curb to the home. Owner was very helpful and thorough in explaining the work needing done. Very reasonable pricing. Definitely will call them in the future for plumbing needs

Trevor was great and I would highly recommend his business. Responsive, knowledgeable about product options and the work to be performed. After and during installation of the water heater Trevor cleaned everything around the area. Very nice to deal with. Came right out to view the issue and worked us rapidly into his schedule to perform the work. Will be using him again after the holidays for some other plumbing needs we have. No one wants to spend a lot of money on a new water heater but, given the urgent need, the team at Only Water Heaters made the whole experience simple and even enjoyable. After I made an inquiry via the website at 9:00 p.m., Tim texted me to get the process rolling. By the next morning, the job was already scheduled at a fair price. The tech arrived precisely on time and I want to highly commend him for his expertise, efficiency, and overall great customer service. I enjoyed watching him work and it was evident that he was a very highly skilled professional. I appreciate how he narrated the process and sought my input to be sure that the job met my needs. I also was glad to see the care that he took to cover all of the floors and the stairs to protect my home. Those details really matter. I was frankly amazed at how quickly he, by himself, completed the work.

Bought a new home and the city told me I needed to get backflow testing. D&L did the prior tests on the home, so I gave them a call. I was told they would call the city to inform them it was being taken care of and that I would be put on the schedule. A couple of weeks later, the city shows up, telling me my water is about to be shut-off and they had never heard from D&L.

TLDR; my water almost got shut off because D&L didn't follow through on anything they had promised.
