The technician( Patrick) showed up and looked at our problem, another company was trying to charge us over 10K to tear up our basement and “ fix” our problem. Patrick carefully explained to my wife and I what was going on and that we did not have an emergency on our hands. His honesty and integrity saved up a lot of money and stress. We will be lifelong customers.

He was early, nice and the price was reasonable.

We had a pipe burst on Christmas night. Manny and Andy were out and had our issue repaired before the end of the night. They also installed shutoff valves to prevent future issues. Overall very knowledgeable and great service and professionalism.

John just left on a Friday before holiday weekend. roots in my sewer line and sewer backing up on the first day of a four-day weekend. called water works and one of their young professionals showed up an hour later fixed the issue in 30 minutes and we are back in business! I can't tell you how professional it was to have someone like John handle this issue for us. thank you John!

We had our hot water heater replaced. This was scheduled and done quickly. It was great to hear the family story of the four generations that have been and continue to be actively working in the business. We will contact them again for plumbing needs.

Fast response and same day service.

RR Columbus responded quickly to the form I completed through the Lowe’s website. Lowe’s website states clearly that our hot water tank would be a same day replacement as long as the form was completed by noon (mine was). At 1:15 pm, RR Columfrom ARS sent a text saying they would be arriving in 30-45 minutes but no one showed up until 3:30 pm. The person who showed up confirmed that the tank was leaking and needed replaced; however, there was no way it would be installed on that day. He quoted us a price to remove, haul away & replace the tank, and said they would be replacing all copper and handling the inspection. Ridiculously expensive amount for labor (3 times the cost of the tank itself). He did give us a small discount since the company couldn’t deliver n the same day replacement promise. We agreed to the amount & the new tank was installed the following afternoon by 2 very pleasant guys. They were in & out In probably 30 minutes.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Muetzel. From the customer service on the phone to the technicians that came to my house, everything was great. They were able to get to my house quickly (they even called me to move my appointment up a few days when they had a cancellation). The technicians were very friendly.
