I feel sure that Jose and Aloune will not want to see our 82 year old pipes ever again. Two full days of labor and they got it right. The price was not terrifying as one might think having to break through three rooms of plaster in order to get to those rusty pipes. This is our company from now on. Tina took care of our problem very well. We were very satisfied with her work. And she cleaned up after herself very well. In fact she even discovered a problem another plumber had caused. She did say her supervisor would follow up with us concerning possible next steps and we have not heard back from him.

We had a sewer backup on Christmas Day. They sent someone that evening who worked hard but couldn't clear the block. They came back the next day, even without their preferred equipment, which had broken, and worked and worked until they got it cleared. We had checked with other companies, who would not even attempt it because of the low temperatures. And then, they even helped clean up the mess. They deserve more than 5 stars!

I found this business through recommendations of neighbors on Nextdoor. Scheduling is easy and quick. Their price is also quite fair. The first technician that came out did not install the faucet properly so I had to call them back. Next day, a more experienced technician Mike came to fix the issue and it worked. I think overall it is a fine experience but just depends on who they sent to your place to work.
