Needed a professional plumber called G&M. Appreciated the straightforward pricing structure, the friendly call agent and plumber. Will use again next time needed. Took bids from a few other firms, some never even showed up while others weren't on time, was happy to use G&M with their quality product and competitive pricing.

I had a problem with water leaking into the basement from a 1st floor bathroom, probably the shower. I had called another company 2 days earlier but, sadly, they did not show up at all when they were supposed to. So, I called The Waterworks and expected to wait a day (or more) for an appointment. Instead, I was happy to hear they could come out that afternoon. The plumber showed up early, assessed the problem right away, and fixed it within an hour. He was super professional and knowledgeable. He accepted my coupon for $35, too! I had always used The Waterworks in the past--I don't know what made me try another company--and I 'll always use them in the future!

They helped me choose a good water heater at a decent price for my home, came on time to install it, and followed up to make sure I was happy with their work. I would definitely use their services again.

The technician who came to my residence did a good job, he cleared out the blockage on my drainage system and did a good job cleaning up. The tech, Cori, was very skilled and cordial. He did an outstanding job especially handling the 50 gal waterheater by himself. He was especially creative with the small space afforded for the waterheater.

The Service People have been great each time we used them. Matt (the owner) has always been very responsive and provided service quickly. The work was always quality, fixed our issues, and reasonably priced. I’ve recommended them to friends and neighbors and happy to recommend them here as well.

Don't fall for this, it's a scam they will take your deposit money and run away! They use different adresses to mislead and write different goods reviews to trick you.

Hesson Plumbing was recommended by a neighbor of mine. They did a great job with repairing a leak in our shower. There were punctual and pleasant and I'd definitely call on them again if needed.

With parts, taxes, and the heater it came to $1141.00, and plumbers to help pick it up a city away and then carry it into our home for installation, they carried out the old heater after disconnecting it, then it took another quick trip to the store to pick-up more parts to reroute the pipes for the new heater, and then about an hour to install. It was an unusual job and an unusually large water heater. We had to go with a commercial size electric water heater to match our old one. The total time they spent from the moment he decided to go pick-up the heater to the point where the heater was cleaned up and installed was 4 hrs on a holiday. Labor for the emergency ran us up an additional $1720.00, but I believe it was a kindness given the emergency of the situation and our special needs household.
